However, we provide you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions according to Article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code: The reservation can be canceled without a cancellation fee if done at least 90 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained. In the event of cancellation by the guest within the period from the 89th day before the agreed arrival date up to the day of arrival, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees: Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price. Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date: 90% of the agreed total price. In case of a no-show or early departure of the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
