Villa Rita, a modern oasis, ideal for a relaxing vacation, is located in the small Istrian village of Diminići, on a hillside, just 2 km from the first beach. Inside the fully fenced property you will find a swimming pool with crystal clear water, sun loungers, outdoor shower, terrace, dining table ... and a beautiful sea view.
The newly built house is divided as follows: On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms and a toilet.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In each bedroom there is room for two people, which means that the house has a capacity of 10 guests. The interior is fully air-conditioned.
In fact, we think that Villa Rita has everything you need for real relaxation.

The village of Diminići is located on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula, 15 km from Labin and 2 km from the small fishing village of Koromačno.
In Labin there are supermarkets, gas stations, numerous restaurants and the beautiful old town.
The nearest beaches are 2-3 km away from Villa Rita.
Istria in summer is rich in various events, festivals, celebrations ... We recommend you to explore them all.

Villa Rita simply super!
We stayed in this beautiful house with 10 people. We felt very comfortable. Everything was tip-top, clean and of very good equipment/quality. The hosts are very friendly. In this house we had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We spent a lot of time in/around the pool. This pool is just great. And the view is breathtaking. It was also cleaned twice within a week by two nice gentlemen (pool boys). We can recommend this house with a clear conscience. We needed the car to go shopping and to the beach, but that was fine.
