Description

The house is located on a small hill with a fantastic view of the village and the surrounding wooded mountains. Lake Garda can be reached by car in max half an hour.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a bright kitchen and a spacious living room. In the basement is a garage.
On the sunny terrace you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner (table, chairs and sun canopy are provided). In the garden you can also barbecue.
Thanks to the large garden surrounding the house, the cottage is especially suitable for families with children. In the garden there are many fruit trees and also a vegetable garden.
The vacation house is located in a beautiful lake area about 400 m above sea level, surrounded by numerous small lakes, idyllic vineyards, castles and the breathtaking panorama of the Dolomites. The area enchants with its scenic beauty, pure air and unique microclimate.

Location and surroundings of object

The cottage is located in the middle of a beautiful mountain landscape. There you will find very good summer and winter sports opportunities (hiking, climbing, mountain biking, windsurfing, paragliding as well as skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing).
The surrounding mountain peaks reach the height of 2000 m. The location creates favorable conditions for walks and hikes on marked trails for every level of difficulty. Various thermal resorts, swimming pools and outdoor pools can be reached by car in 20/30 minutes.
In the village there is a small supermarket, post office, restaurant, bar. Larger shopping facilities as well as a tourist information can be reached in 5-10 min by car.
In the surrounding area (5 min by car) there are several wineries where it is possible to enjoy numerous local wines and traditional delicacies.
The nearest big city, Trento, offers a variety of museums and sights.

Highly recommended. Location, amenities, landlord, everything top-notch.

We have booked many holiday homes before, but here we have found a real highlight.
The location, the amenities, and the landlords, everything is truly first-class.
Everything you need for self-catering is in the house. They really thought of everything. This is not always a given in other houses.
The garden is huge, ideal for our dog. Everything is fenced.
There were tips for excursion destinations, supermarkets, etc.
Communication via WhatsApp was always trouble-free. Clear recommendation.

A beautiful holiday home

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation in September at the holiday home of Patrizia and Gianni. The lovingly furnished house has a huge, completely fenced, well-maintained garden where we felt very comfortable with our little dog. The view of the surrounding peaks and vineyards is simply fantastic. Everything you need is available in the house. The beds are very comfortable, and we were able to sleep very well. With the valuable tips from our hosts, we undertook very nice excursions.
Patizia and Gianni were always available to us; they are exceptionally helpful and friendly hosts.
We are already looking forward to the next vacation in Calavino.

A beautiful house, in a beautiful area, by good and nice hosts.

Simply great, the hosts are very nice and helpful people. We felt very comfortable in this house. Absolutely perfect for our two dogs, the large fenced property. A small downside is the TV (too small) for the beautiful large house. Otherwise, everything is there that one needs. We also liked the great excursion tips from Patrizia. Can only recommend it further. Many thanks to Patrizia and Gianni and best regards from the Erzgebirge from Rainer and Heidi Schlosser and their dogs.

It was very nice!

Hardly back in Germany, we wanted to go back. We (3 people and 1 dog) were allowed to spend 11 days in the beautiful holiday home of Patricia and Gianni. The house is very personally furnished, very clean, and has everything you need for a stay. The property is well-maintained and completely fenced, so our dog could run free. Washing laundry is also not a problem. The property is somewhat off the beaten path on a hill, so you have a good view of the village, and from the terrace side, you look out at the mountains. The access to the property is a bit adventurous and quite narrow, but for experienced drivers, it is certainly not a problem. If you arrive on the weekend, there is also a supermarket in Trento that is open on Sunday. We had wonderful summer weather, but there are plenty of shaded spots to relax. There are many other wonderful mountain lakes and waterfalls with turquoise water, as well as many castles to discover besides Lake Garda in Trentino. Unfortunately, the time was much too short.
Patricia and Gianni are very attentive and nice hosts whom you can approach at any time with questions. We were initially concerned that we wouldn't be able to communicate, but Patricia speaks fantastic German. When we arrived, the beds were already made and a welcome drink was on the kitchen table, thank you again for that.
We would love to come back again, thank you again for everything Patricia and Gianni.

A garden and bird paradise

We enjoyed the diverse birdlife; we haven't seen so many swallows in a long time. The garden is very large, the house has everything and is very comfortable. We can only confirm the warmth of the hosts.

Lovely holiday home.

We received a tour of the beautiful house from Patrizia and Gianni. Everything was present in the large beautiful house. Beautiful garden, lovely sitting on the terrace, stunning view. Comfortable beds and a good shower. There are plenty of towels and bed linen. We enjoyed the surroundings. Delicious meals at the restaurant in the village Da Cipriano and at Pizzeria Pomodoro in Venzzano. A wine tasting at Cantina Toblino was very nice. Tip if you like hiking: the Adolf Munkel trail. We did the hike after it had snowed, walked for 4.50 hours, it was really beautiful. The walk from Calavino is also very nice. The hike at Dena as well. The city walk in Trento is really beautiful. There are still plenty of hikes in the area, check out Komoot. The village of Riva del Garda and the village of Desenzano del Garda are also nice; there is a big market there on Tuesdays. Patrizia and Gianni will also give you tips. They are really nice people. We enjoyed our 3 weeks of vacation.

A house in a dream location

Despite the mixed weather upon arrival, we spent two unforgettable weeks in the beautifully situated house with our two Ridgebacks. We already miss having coffee in the morning on the terrace with a view of the garden and the mountains. Patrizia and Gianni are always available to help with any questions and have great recommendations for activities in the area that offer something for everyone. Thanks to the recommendations, we were able to orient ourselves well from the first day and found the supermarket on site and everything else well. The restaurant in the village and the ice cream parlor in Sarche are really worth a visit.
We have not been there for the last time and next time definitely with our grandchild.
For this, the house is just perfect. Vacation with children and pets.

Simply beautiful....

...for 10 years. We have been coming to this holiday home for 10 years and will continue to spend at least one holiday per year here for many more years. Everything is just perfect for a relaxing holiday. Our dogs love the house and the garden (they are less fond of the drive to Italy). Since we have large dogs, Italy is just the right place for us. Large dogs are not a problem in Italy. The renovation of the house is very successful (although we also liked it before). The contact with the landlords is excellent. You can shop in the village or at the supermarket in Sarche. The ice cream parlor Wind is highly recommended. In 30 minutes, you can reach Lake Garda - or Trento. The restaurant in the village is also very recommendable. Best regards from Elke and Gerhard.

The ideal place for activity and relaxation

We spent 1 week in this beautiful house and were even able to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace in October with a perfect view of the garden and mountains. The landlords are very nice and helpful.
We went on hikes from Molveno-Pradel to the Brenta Dolomites, to Monte Bondone and to the pilgrimage site San Romedio, and we were at Lake Garda. In the afternoon and evening, we were able to relax in the beautiful garden.
This was a very beautiful week, which we will remember for a long time.

A perfect week in Calavino

Patrizia and Gianni were perfect hosts!
It was a fantastic week for us as a couple with two dogs, who were warmly welcomed. The house was very clean, and there was nothing missing in any of the rooms.
Hiking from the house was possible in all directions. The outdoor area was also in very good condition. If possible, we will definitely come back.
The restaurant in the village is also worth mentioning: excellent food and super friendly staff. We thank you again for the great hospitality.

Dreamlike

Those who want to enjoy their vacation in a relaxed manner, away from tourist hustle and bustle, are in the right place here. A fine, clean, and lovingly furnished holiday home. In the historical village, there is a restaurant, a bar, and a small shop for everyday needs. There are interesting excursion destinations, beautiful lakes, and Trento, Riva del Garda, and Rovereto are not far away. The hostess is extremely friendly and helpful. I would love to come back.

Little paradise

I was there alone with my dog. Everything was more than great and I felt very comfortable and super relaxed. The landlady was more than friendly and helpful. The area is perfect if you want to hike a lot. You can start walking from the house or drive to different destinations. I had a great app that made everything very easy for me! All in all, I am happy to have been there. Gladly again ??

This property deserves a good review.

Beautiful fully equipped home (please bring your own bedding and towels), a spacious veranda with awning, a lovely park-like garden with a vegetable garden next to the house. And beautiful views on all sides up to the peaks of the Brenta (3100 m).
A nice swimming lake 15 minutes by car, longer by bike or on foot.
A large supermarket and delicious ice cream 5 minutes by car.
And very nice landlords.
