Villa Olea is a newly built, modern villa with 3 bedrooms in Sveti Petar u Šumi. Villa Olea will delight you with its modern charm. The beautiful terrace that connects the large living room, kitchen, and pool, will satisfy you with its size and comfort.
The villa has a large, comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms with private bathrooms. Rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with additional satellite TV, and one of the rooms has direct access to the pool. Guests have at their disposal a garage with two parking spaces, laundry, and a completely fenced yard. Pets are not allowed, as well as the stay of younger groups of people who are planning a loud party. Shops, restaurants, cultural and sports facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity. The beach and the sea are about 30 km away from the villa. (20 minutes by car) Porec, Rovinj, Vrsar.

In der Nähe der Stadt Pazin, im Inneren Istriens, liegt die Stadt mit dem malerischen Namen - Sveti Petar u Sumi (St. Peter im Wald). Dieser Ort liegt 12 km von Pazin und 25 km von Porec und dem Meer entfernt. Es ist umgeben von grünen Hügeln, die sehr typisch für die sanfte istrische Landschaft und die umliegenden Täler sind. Für Wanderer und Bergwanderer gibt es Radwege und markierte Wanderwege. In der Nähe gibt es ein Reitzentrum mit schönen Pferden. Nur 10 Autominuten entfernt liegen Pazin und seine berühmte Höhle. Sv. Peter ist mit seinem Benediktinerkloster aus der Frührenaissance und seinen harmonischen Barockbauten ein malerisches Beispiel für einen Ort mit reicher Vergangenheit.
