Villa-Tsjechie is a wonderful villa in a small village Nemojov and stands in the middle of beautiful forests and mountain landscape. There are good winter sports possibilities at about 35 km and it is only 120 km to Prague
Nearby (15 minutes) there is a big ZOO in Dvur Kralove
On request it is possible to book only one of the two separate flats. Each flat has 3 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom and is suitable for 8 and 9 persons

Location and surroundings of object
Nemojov is a quiet village with a grocery shop, a restaurant and a playground. The whole property of the villa is situated on the edge of extensive forests and about 500m from the Elbe and the beautiful dam Les Království. You can walk around the dam and refresh yourself in one of several restaurants. Dvůr Králové nad Labem is the closest possibility of bigger shopping (about 5km far)

More than satisfied! Super!!
It was a wonderful holiday before our Abitur!
There were 10 of us and we travelled by train. Even before the holiday, we were given the option of how many people would ultimately come with us, we just had to let us know beforehand. It would have been an hour and a half walk from the train. Suddenly a family approached us from a car. They were our landlords, who surprisingly picked us up at the station. The house is exactly as described. Big pool, lots of space, super furnished, very clean. Two big kitchens with spices and enough pans and dishes. You can walk to Königinhof in a good 2 hours or take the train to the fortress. But with such a big house with a big property we had a hard time doing anything. Top holiday! Many thanks again to the landlords!

Super nice villa with top equipment
Our holiday in Villa Tsjechie was super!!! The equipment is great, especially in the kitchen everything is there. The villa is very clean and well maintained and very spacious. The pool is also great and we could even swim in bad weather as it is covered and the water is still warm.
There are good shopping facilities in the area, easily accessible by car. And with good fishing spots, our men also had a lot of fun and made good catches. You can get the necessary documents for fishing within 1 hour in the town of Vrchlabi, about 20 km from Nemojov.
If we had any questions, the agent from the house was always available and always helped us.
The town of Nemojov is a very quiet place and you can relax there very well.
I can only recommend the villa to others!

Special men's day outing
The men's ballet of the LKK with some of the children they took with them have been to the Villa for the second time
and have not regretted it. Beautiful excursion destinations, great motorbike routes, lots of hiking.

Thanks to Harry & Mary Clements, in July 2011 we had a wonderful holiday with 7 people in this luxury villa. Lovely barbecue evenings and a lot of fun in the pool.
