The guest is obliged to pay the following fees to the landlord in the event of non-utilization of the contractual services for the booked and confirmed period: - For cancellations up to 2 months before the start of the rental period, 10% of the agreed rental price - For cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the agreed rental price - For later cancellations, 90% of the agreed rental price.
