Description
On the ground floor, which is mainly furnished with oak planks, is the center of the house, the living room. It has an inviting seating area and a large TV with satellite connection.
The cozy dining area consists of a comfortable corner bench and three high-quality leather chairs. Here you like to sit together while eating or spend a cozy evening playing games (many board games are available in the house).
The bathroom is spacious with a ground-level shower. You can choose whether you want to use the modern rain shower or the hand shower.
The room is completed by a spacious washstand with enough storage space for the "culture", as well as enough hooks and bars for the towels.
Furthermore, on the first floor there is a sheep room. It has two comfortable single beds (2m x 1m), as well as a closet for the guests on the first floor.
Finally, on the first floor is the functionally furnished fitted kitchen, which offers enough space to cook for friends or family.
For this purpose, there is a 4-burner gas stove and an electric oven. So that you then have time to go to the beach quickly after the meal, the dishwasher takes care of the dishes.
In the adjacent utility room there is a microwave oven for quick meals. And if the fridge in the kitchen is too small, there is also a large fridge-freezer. Finally, the washer-dryer should be mentioned, with which you can wash clothes in an emergency.
A solid wooden staircase leads to the attic.
In the gallery area there are three large built-in wardrobes for the residents' wardrobe. Two more built-in closets are in bedroom 3, while bedroom 2 has several smaller closets.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed (1.80m wide x 2.20m long) [sheets are available upon request] and bedroom 3 has a double bed (2m x 2m).
All bedrooms have windows (with fly screens on top) which can be opened.
Another toilet with a small washing facility is also in the attic.
The house has central heating.
We have furnished our house especially for people who suffer from allergies. So there are mattresses with mite covers, no carpeting and the house is taboo for animals!
It is not allowed to smoke in the house!
Next to the pretty wooden terrace with the fireplace grill and a view of the beautiful garden, there is another cozy sitting area in a sheltered area adjacent to the house.

The park can only be reached via a single bridge, which means that there is no through traffic in "De Keizerskroon".
There are several parking spaces right next to the house.
The beach is within walking distance, as are the shopping facilities in the center of Julianadorp (approx. 1km).

Cozy holiday home with charm
A very nice accommodation where you can tell that the owners have put a lot of love into the furnishings and decoration.
The house is equipped with all necessary household appliances and items. You can reach the dike within 20-30 minutes via a fully developed bike and footpath. Parking near the beach is also available (travel time about 7 minutes).
The stairs to the upper floor are relatively steep, which is very common in the Netherlands. One should only consider this before booking, because if one is perhaps not quite fit anymore or is traveling with small children (there is a stair gate, but the kids often want to go up and down by themselves anyway), this could be a drawback.

An excellent quiet place for Joop 97. Everything you might need is present. It also has a very nice garden around the house with pleasant seating areas. The available bicycles were not used, but can be handy for many. Who knows, until next time.

Relaxing vacation near the beach
We, as a family with three children, felt very comfortable in this holiday home and there was nothing missing. The house is stylishly furnished, well equipped with everything and absolutely met our taste. The proximity to the beach and the bicycles available were particularly nice, but the holiday park also offered the children a lot of entertainment - with the table tennis table right in front of the front door and the large football field in the middle of the complex. We thank you for the wonderful vacation time and would always recommend the accommodation!
