Villa Stella is a well-equipped 170 sqm house on two floors, connected by an internal and external staircase, nestled on a 220 sqm fenced plot. It is fully air-conditioned and offers free WiFi with all the necessary amenities that a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay. It has two floors and can accommodate 6+2 people. The ground floor is a few steps below the parking area and there is a private pool and outdoor dining area; inside, there is a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a family bathroom. In the basement there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers, a media room, and an infrared sauna. On the outside area of the lower ground floor there is a terrace with a lounge and a whirlpool. There is a covered parking space for 3 cars with video surveillance.
Villa Stella is located in an absolutely quiet part of the village Blato na Cetini, only 600 m from the Cetina river beach, a mini market, a restaurant, and a bar. The drive to Blato na Cetini is very beautiful, scenic, and with little traffic. The highway is only 4 km away. The area is rich in natural and historical attractions. This quiet location offers a truly relaxing holiday, and you are less than 20 minutes (20 km) from Omiš with many restaurants, an open market, and the most beautiful sand and pebble beaches, a major historical attraction. Another great place with wonderful beaches is Brela, which is also only 20 minutes away. There is the possibility to try white-water rafting or canoeing on the Cetina River, and the guide can pick you up directly at the house. There are two courses, the standard course (the easier one is suitable for children from 8 years old) and the more challenging one for those who are a bit more adventurous, both last about 3 hours and are very worthwhile. *The outdoor area is completely fenced and safe for your little ones. It offers a 32sqm (7.2m x 3m) private heated pool (Please note that the water temperature of the pool, even when heated, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, no specific pool temperatures can be guaranteed.) ) with a view of the valley and the Cetina River, a sun terrace with 6 loungers and an outdoor shower, 4 sun umbrellas, a covered outdoor dining area with a television and a traditional grill as well as a cozy swing. There is also another terrace with a whirlpool and an outdoor lounge area where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. It is located on the lower ground floor in front of two bedrooms and can be reached via an outdoor spiral staircase or inside the house. The ground floor (pool level) offers a spacious and very beautifully furnished living area (40 sqm), which is fully air-conditioned: a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator with cold water and ice maker, filter coffee machine, espresso coffee machine...), a dining table for 8 people, a living room with TV, free WiFi, satellite channels, access to the pool area. One bedroom no. 1 (11sqm) with queen-size bed 160cm x 200cm, air conditioning, TV, and view of the natural surroundings and neighborhood. A family bathroom with a shower (6sqm). You reach the lower ground floor via the internal staircase.
* In the lower ground floor (jacuzzi level) there is a media room with TV, PS4, free WiFi, and a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for 2 people. An infrared sauna with a shower. A bedroom no. 2 (13 sqm) with a double bed 160cmx200cm overlooking the terrace with jacuzzi, with TV, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom (5 sqm) with shower. A bedroom no. 3 (13 sqm) with two single beds 90cmx200cm, which can be combined into a king-size bed, overlooking the terrace with jacuzzi, TV, A/C, and en-suite bathroom (4 sqm) with shower. There is a small laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. From the hallway you reach the terrace with the jacuzzi and via the spiral staircase to the pool.

Location and surroundings of object
The local area is very unspoiled, and quiet and offers a really relaxed and stress-free vacation that you deserve. On the other hand, if you are looking for some fun, the Cetina river (600m) offers many activities like rafting, and canoeing, or you can visit the town of Omiš (20km) and take a private or a public boat tour on the Cetina river or have a day tour to island Brač, Hvar, water sports, you can hike, ride a bike...and many more. The famous town Split with its great history is only 42km away and you need around 40min to get to the Split center and get to the famous town Split with UNESCO heritage. If you prefer a mountain area there is a park of nature Biokovo just above Makarska so this can be your day tour because the view from this mountain is awesome, you can see many islands and the coastline, just beautiful so each visit to Biokovo provides a unique experience. It is characterized by geomorphological phenomena and more than 40 endemic plant species. You can visit a new attraction from the East side of Biokovo, a Skywalk Biokovo, a horseshoe-shaped glass walkway that juts out over a precipitous slope opening out towards the coast, affording breath-taking views.
