Located on the seventh floor, the apartment offers impressive views and is only 50 meters from the fine sandy beach. It is the perfect retreat for up to two guests, ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for relaxation by the sea.
The 33 m² apartment is modern and furnished with great attention to detail. The bright living area with parquet flooring invites you to relax and offers a cozy sofa corner that invites you to linger. A large dining table next to the open kitchenette creates an inviting setting for romantic dinners or convivial get-togethers. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including an induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster—perfect for preparing a delicious breakfast or light dinner.
A special highlight of the apartment is the covered balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh sea air and end the day with a glass of wine. Enjoy the exceptionally good sea view, which creates a relaxing atmosphere and puts you in a holiday mood.
The bedroom impresses with its quiet and cozy design and offers you a restful night's sleep. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, cosmetic mirror, and hairdryer rounds off the offer and provides additional comfort.
The apartment is not only comfortable, but also well equipped. Wi-Fi and a modern TV with digital connection ensure that you can stay connected during your stay. As the apartment is a non-smoking area, the fresh sea air remains undisturbed. Dogs are also welcome on request and for an additional fee, so the whole family, including four-legged friends, can come along.
A limited number of free parking spaces are available on the building's parking decks. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a specific space. E-bikes can also be stored there safely.
Although breakfast cannot be booked with the apartment, the Gudlak restaurant and beach bar on the ground floor of the building offers a warm welcome.
The Hanseatische Yachtschule - DHH is within walking distance of the apartment and is therefore ideal for course participants. In addition, the Fördeland Therme with its family-friendly bathing area and wellness area is only a few steps away.
In Glücksburg, a visitor's tax per person (aged 18 and over) per day is payable in addition to the cost of accommodation during the following periods.
January 1 to April 1: €1.50
April 1 to October 1: €3.00
October 1 to December 22: €1.50
December 22 to January 1: €3.00
Please note that keys are handed over and returned contactlessly via our office in Flensburg, Bismarckstraße 66a. On this occasion, you will also receive your Baltic Sea Card, which is issued personally to you and each of your fellow travelers. This is usually not a detour, as our office is located on the direct route to Glücksburg.

The location on the 7th floor with direct beach view was exceptional. The furnishings were very tasteful. The beach was well maintained and clean, very suitable for swimming. The restaurant Gudlack in the house with very good cuisine
