Description

The country lodge has a large living room with open doors to the terrace from where you have a great view of the private garden.
The lodge is equipped with all amenities, so you have a kitchen with extensive equipment and a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, the large bedroom has a double bed with large wardrobes on either side and the small bedroom has two single beds with wardrobes above the beds. The bathroom has a vanity unit and shower cubicle. The toilet is located in a separate room.

The spacious layout of our grounds gives you a feeling of freedom, enhanced by the pastures and fields and the endless views. The chalet and lodges are set on large plots with plenty of privacy

With the Oosterschelde storm surge barrier at one end of the island and the Watersnoodmuseum at the other, Schouwen-Duiveland is inextricably linked to the sea.
The island is surrounded by the North Sea, the Oosterschelde National Park and the Grevelingen. It has many places where the world under water is at least as beautiful as the world above water. In the "Kop van Schouwen" region there are dune areas where hikers, cyclists, mountain bikers and sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves to the full. Every summer, the beaches provide an endless stream of bathers towards the west coast. Bird lovers should not miss the 4400 hectare nature reserve "Plan Tureluur". The historic town of Zierikzee is situated in the middle of the island. The surrounding villages and polders form the green hinterland of the island.
