Die Wohnung ist einfach klasse! Es war alles da, was man (wir) brauchen einschl. genug Haken und Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und die Lage ist perfekt: Blick auf die Nordsee, Ruhe und trotzdem alles in der Nähe wie Lebensmittel Geschäft, Bäcker, Kino, Einkaufsstraße und Gaststätte. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Prime location with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the furniture and household items are quite worn and partially unsightly. Some pieces are mismatched and unlovingly put together. Much more could be done with this. What a pity!!! A small garage is too small for all the bicycles. More options should be created here. The cleaning was also not great.

It was like for many years. Arriving in Büsum, key handover perfectly planned. Moving into the apartment and simply feeling good. We always like coming back to Büsum and staying (if possible) in the house "Seewärts Wohnen" R. Heinz.

The holiday apartment has a great location, the bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is okay, but there is very little space for personal items or groceries, and one larger pot should be available. The living room is cozy, everything is there, but the Wi-Fi could be better. The bathroom has everything needed. All in all, a nice accommodation with a view of the sea. Would be happy to come again.

A great apartment within walking distance to the harbor, Alleestraße, directly on the dike with a sea view... The armchair in the living room cannot be fixed in one position, rather a rocking chair.

As always, very competent and friendly booking process. "Living Towards the Sea" has the absolute best location: close to the center, yet quiet, and a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony.

A nice apartment in a great location. The furniture is unfortunately a bit outdated (TV chair, dining table). A sofa blanket is also missing. It's nice that improvements were made to the balcony chairs (with adjustable backs). The sauna is great.

We had a nice holiday, and the sunny autumn weather certainly contributed to that. We liked the apartment, and the view of the North Sea was very good even from the 2nd floor. The apartment had everything we needed. It's a shame that the backrests of the two balcony chairs couldn't be reclined, as that would have made sitting outside even more enjoyable. Nevertheless, we can really recommend the apartment.

Rooms and bathroom were excellent. The fluffy towels are also rated positively. Unfortunately, the coffee machine still had coffee grounds left (from the previous tenant(s)?)

The vacation rental was very, very clean. Unfortunately, the mattress cover had stains, which we reported. Since we had our own complete bedding, we opted out of a replacement.
