The newly equipped holiday flat "Kleines Fährhaus" is located in the tranquil village of Ulsnis, directly on the beautiful Baltic Sea fjord Schlei. The clear highlight of the flat is the fantastic view of the Schlei from all windows and the advantage of being only a few steps away from the shore with its jetty and a small bathing area.
Inside the flat, "small but nice" is the motto and so the newly equipped 1-room holiday flat with its 31 m² for up to two people leaves nothing to be desired and offers you everything you need for a relaxing stay
Through the front door you enter directly into the living and dining area, where you can make yourself comfortable on the cosy couch. In addition, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi provide media entertainment, so that you won't get bored even with the North German "Schietwedder". In the adjoining dining area, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Schlei and the green garden with its old trees while you eat the freshly cooked food from the colourful, modern kitchen
Right next door in the open-plan sleeping area, a 180x200 cm box-spring bed is at your disposal for a pleasant night's rest, and you have a great view directly onto the water from here too. The modern bathroom is separated from the sleeping area by a sliding door and has also been very modernly furnished and equipped with a walk-in shower with rain shower head.
In order to also catch the sun's rays, you have your own terrace with seating in front of the entrance area - enjoy a sundowner here with a wonderful view... that's how beautiful a holiday on the Schlei is!
Our flat is also wonderfully suitable for guests who love wellness, as there is a communal room in the neighbouring building, which may also be used by the accommodation unit next door
Here you will find a large Finnish sauna and an adjacent walk-in, open shower with rain shower head. In addition, the common room has a small guest toilet and a HWR with washing machine and storage space.
You can park your car directly on the property and there is a lockable storage room for bicycles or similar sports equipment. There is a lockable shed for sports equipment.

Location and surroundings of object
In the idyllic village of Ulsnis, our holiday flat is located in the middle of the idyllic region of Angeln, only a few metres away from a jetty and a small bathing area on the Schlei (Ulsnis beach). The Schlei region is wonderfully suited for extensive walks and cycling tours along the eastern hilly landscape. In summer you can watch numerous water sports enthusiasts on the Schlei. From Kappeln and Schleswig you can go on excursions on the inlet of the Baltic Sea and get to know the Angling region from a water perspective! The nearest larger towns such as Kappeln or Schleswig are easily accessible by car. The nearest restaurants and bakers are only about 4-6km from the holiday home. The nearest Baltic Sea beach can be reached by car in about 20 minutes.

Beautiful holiday flat
We felt very comfortable in this flat. Tastefully furnished.
A view of the Schlei from the bed in the morning!

I just returned from my short vacation at the "Kleines Fährhaus": A very charming apartment with a wonderful view from all the windows towards the Schlei! The bed is a cloud - I slept very well and felt completely comfortable. The immediate and surrounding area is beautiful. Best regards to Ulsnis.
