With very tasteful and exclusive designer furnishings, our unique hideaway "Remise am Fährhaus" welcomes you in a uniquely beautiful location on the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei. The newly built wooden house offers 4-5 people plenty of space for feel-good comfort on 115 m² and is the perfect choice for a holiday in idyllic tranquillity! The special plus of the house, besides the unique architecture, is clearly its location: you have a great view of the Schlei from almost all rooms and even a small jetty for shared use and a bathing area are part of the property. On the large terrace at the living area you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day and a separate barbecue area invites you to a delicious barbecue in the evening.In the interior you can expect an extensive and high-quality equipment! The light-flooded living area welcomes you with a cosy sofa set and a dining area with direct access to the terrace. The directly adjacent, open kitchenette offers the ideal equipment to prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. Start the day with a delicious breakfast in the morning - and with a fantastic view of the Schlei! The next highlight awaits you on the upper floor of the house: the first bedroom, high up on the gallery, also with a wonderful view of the Schlei! The bedroom has a workstation and a flat-screen TV for media entertainment. Two further bedrooms, one with a double box-spring bed and one with a queen-size bed (120x200cm) for the 5th person, also await you on the bright upper floor. The ultra-modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub as well as a floor-level shower with rain shower head, the WC with additional washbasin is located behind a separate door next to the bathroom.Our dream house is also wonderfully suitable for guests who love wellness, because separated from the house by a lockable door you can reach a common room, which may also be used by the residential unit next door. Here you will find a large Finnish sauna and an adjacent walk-in, open shower with rain shower head. In addition, the common room has a small guest toilet and a HWR with washing machine + dryer and storage space.You may park your car directly in front of the house entrance and for bicycles or similar. There is a lockable shed for sports equipment.

Location and surroundings of object

In the idyllic village of Ulsnis, our holiday home is located in the middle of the idyllic region of Angeln, only a few metres away from a jetty and a small bathing area on the Schlei (Ulsnis beach). The Schlei region is wonderful for extensive walks and cycling tours along the eastern hilly landscape. In summer you can watch numerous water sports enthusiasts on the Schlei. From Kappeln and Schleswig you can go on excursions on the inlet of the Baltic Sea and get to know the Angling region from a water perspective! The nearest larger towns such as Kappeln or Schleswig are easily accessible by car. The nearest restaurants and bakers are only about 4-6km from the holiday home. The nearest Baltic Sea beach can be reached by car in about 20 minutes.

In season A+, A and over holidays there is a minimum stay of 7 nights, in season B and C of 4 nights.

The overnight prices are valid for 4 persons - a 5th person can be booked for an extra charge of € 15,- per night.

A dog is welcome and will be charged an extra € 10,00/night. Cats are not allowed.

A deposit of € 150,- is payable with the final payment. If the house is handed over free of defects, the deposit will be returned immediately after departure.

First change of linen included. Additional change of linen set on request: € 25,-/pers.

The obligatory final cleaning service of € 200,- is automatically included in the total price for the requested period of stay via our price calculator.
