THIS HOUSE IS DANGEROUS - But in the best way you can imagine! We truly enjoyed every single day. We were actually 7 people in the house (not all the time), but at no point did it feel too small, or too big when it was just as a couple. The furnishings are magnificent and allow for fantastic dinners to be prepared and celebrated together at a table. We were in the house from early to mid-June, and when you returned late in the evening from the sunset at the beach, which is a 6-minute walk away, you would light the fireplace upstairs to warm up a bit, or you would indulge in a cozy late-night sauna session to get back to a comfortable temperature. But it was also wonderful just to sit in the garden in the beach chair. The house is simply super modern and perfectly located, so one doesn't even need a bicycle to get to the beach, supermarket, the village pond, or a nice restaurant. However, if you have a car, that's also no problem, as there are two very nice parking spaces in front of the house. The service provided by Sylt-ER is also first class. Outstanding support and extremely simple handling of the key transfer complete a perfect holiday. Definitely, this house is very dangerous, as mentioned above, because firstly, you don't necessarily want to leave, and secondly, the likelihood is very high that you'll immediately plan your next vacation. In summary, one can only say, it doesn't get better than this in Sylt!

I can only recommend this house and wish everyone who is allowed to stay in Hüs Maxi a lot of fun, and please make use of the sauna in bad weather.

The central question is always, would we want to book the house again: definitely! The furnishings are high quality and new, the layout was perfect for us. We find the location excellent, bakery 150 m, gourmet shop Meyer maybe 500 m. We met the owners, who lived in the adjoining house. Very friendly and interested in the well-being of the tenants, while also being very reserved. Opposite is a fire station, and one might think it would be loud with sirens, but in the 2 weeks, we experienced no calls. Overall, everything was perfect for us. All in all, a lovely vacation.

We find the location excellent, baker 150 m, delicatessen Meyer maybe 500 m.
We met the owners who lived in the house next door. Very friendly and interested in the well-being of the tenants,
but also very reserved. There is a fire brigade opposite and you might think it is noisy with flashing blue lights, but in the 2 weeks we did not experience any use.
All in all, everything was perfect for us. All in all a nice holiday.

We really enjoyed every single day incredibly. There were actually 7 of us in the house (not all the time), but it never felt too small, or too big if you were there as a couple. The facilities are superb and allow you to cook fantastic dinners and celebrate them together at the same table.
We were in the house from the beginning to the middle of June and when we came back late in the evening from the sunset at the beach, which by the way can be reached in 6 minutes on foot, we turned on the fireplace upstairs so that we could warm up a bit, or we let ourselves be tempted to a nightly sauna to get back to a comfortable temperature. But also just sitting in the garden in the beach chair was wonderful.
The house is super modern and perfectly located, so you don't even need a bike to get to the beach, the supermarket, the village pond or to a nice restaurant. But if you have your car with you, that's no problem either, as there are two very nice parking spaces in front of the house. The service offered by Sylt-ER is also first class. Great support and extremely simple handling with the handing over of the keys round off a perfect holiday.
Definitely, this house is very dangerous, as already mentioned above, because firstly, you don't necessarily want to leave and secondly, the probability is very high that you will immediately plan your next holiday.
In summary, all we can say is that it doesn't get any better than this on Sylt!
