The very well-maintained Villa La Grange was built in the original Provencal style and was lovingly and extensively renovated from the ground up a few years ago and has since been refreshed and maintained annually. A true gem of cleanliness! In a well-maintained and private estate, with a unique panoramic location and fabulous sea views, you can enjoy the perfect family holiday under the Mediterranean sun.
The villa faces southwest and the sea, with both the four bedrooms and the living spaces offering panoramic views of the sea, the bay, and the islands in front. You enter the villa on the upper level, since it was charmingly built into the slope.
Here you will find the master bedroom with over 25 sqm plus a balcony. The sleeping area with a double bed (200x200) has access to its own bathroom, tiled with natural stone (bathtub, shower cabin, toilet, bidet, sink).
The second bedroom in the upper part with a bed 160x200 is smaller and suitable for two children, grandma, or nanny, also equipped with a balcony, and provided with a shower and sink. Also on the second floor is a work area, where a screen for connecting your PC and a printer are available.
A staircase leads down to the ground floor.
Here you will find two more bedrooms with sea views. One with a double bed, TV and private bathroom (XXL shower, toilet, bidet, and sink) accessible across the hallway, and a twin bedroom with TV and direct access to its own bathroom with bathtub, shower cabin, toilet, and sink. At the foot of the stairs, the living area opens up with a large open kitchen, fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, Miele dishwasher, microwave, and oven. The living room features a cozy sofa in front of the open fireplace with Smart-TV (Netflix, Prime, etc.). The whole house has WiFi via a fiber optic connection.
In the rear part of the first floor is the laundry room with two washing machines and a Miele dryer, if the clothesline in the garden does not provide enough space. There is also another large refrigerator with an ice maker.
Up to three cars can be parked in the yard and driveway, including one carport space.
The entire property is illuminated and fenced, the gate can be conveniently opened from the car with a remote control, and a professional alarm system provides protection at night and during your absence.

Location and surroundings of object
Only 1.5 km from the center of La Croix Valmer with the local butcher, bakery and supermarket, pharmacy, and just a few minutes from Gigaro beach and the restaurants, the house is very quiet yet centrally located. The 5 km long sandy beach of Cavalaire can also be reached in 5 minutes. The Pampelonne beach and Saint Tropez are about 15 minutes away and even in summer, you won't be stuck in traffic, as the villa can be accessed in the opposite direction.

All around beautiful
From the beginning, everything was just right here. Already during the booking process, we were treated warmly, well informed in advance, whether about the area or with tips on where to find necessary shopping facilities. Mrs. Bärenklau was always available for questions.
The welcome by the housekeeper was also friendly and uncomplicated.
The house has everything you need for a relaxed and restful vacation. It is fantastically located in a large garden, has a beautiful view, the pool has great water quality, the rooms are nice, and it is immaculately maintained and clean inside and out.
We thank Mrs. Bärenklau and her team for the great service, the very friendly and warm interaction, and the commitment to providing us with a wonderful vacation.
We felt very comfortable, relaxed very well there, and had a wonderful time. Thank you very much!

St Tropez Gem
I barely know where to start,
This house is truly a Gem!
First of all, the location is just perfect. You are a bit up in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas but still so close that it's only a few minutes drive to reach central St Tropez, all the beach clubs and public beaches, and the all the towns in the sorrounding area.
The view form the terrace is simply stunning and you've got sunrise and sunset and the huge bay right there in front of you.
I really loved the design and layout of the house with the huge indoor living area beautifully merging with the outdoor terrace. The swimming pool is nicely located a few steps down, completely secluded so no neighbours can see anyone in the pool.
The interior was spotless clean and well maintained. The design and atmosphere was soothing and tranquil - exactly what I needed for my 2 week recharge here.
The communication with the assistant and the owners was smooth and very responsive. And should any issue arise, then Céline would solve it in a swift!
I would return anytime to Villa La Grange, in fact I can't wait to be back.
This perfect mountain getaway is highly recommended for both couples and larger families.

Stylish villa, dream terrace, best service
We were thrilled with this lovingly furnished and well-maintained villa. Very beautifully situated, top equipped. The pool and the terrace are just fun. The view is magnificent, and the garden beautifully maintained
In the house itself, the rooms are all large and very nicely furnished, in the living area there is always plenty of room for everyone, you feel at home!
Service and communication are super easy, open, direct and friendly. We are already looking forward to our next stay ..

First class facilities and location
Our family had a wonderful holiday in this dreamlike house! Even the process with the hosts was quick and very cordial. You can see that the house has been completely renovated, everything works perfectly and we received it very clean. The furnishings were also top-notch and we didn't miss a thing. But the best thing for me was the fantastic, unobstructed view over the vineyards and the sea - and that from every room and of course also from the large terrace. What a panoramic view! We loved watching the sunset in the evening on the terrace with a glass of rose. Of course, the children and we used the pool intensively, and we were also at the sea (plage Gigaro) in max. 10 minutes. In the village itself, you can do some great shopping, and in the brasserie we got fresh, still warm baguettes and homemade tartes. We have been holidaying regularly on the Cote d'Azur for many years and this house is a real gem! We will definitely be back!
