Villa La Grange was built in the original Provençal style and lovingly and lavishly renovated from the ground up a few years ago. In a well-kept and private domain, with unique secluded location and with fabulous sea views, you can enjoy the perfect family vacation under the Mediterranean sun.
The villa faces south and towards the sea, the four bedrooms as well as the living areas all enjoy full panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the offshore islands. There is a covered Provençal summer kitchen where you can prepare fresh fish or meat on the plancha, a covered breakfast terrace sheltered from the wind, and a lounge for enjoying apperitiv and sundowners before dinner. Enjoy the sunset and delight in the romantic atmosphere when the automated garden lighting bathes everything in a soft light.
The pool is very large at 11x5 meters and deep enough if you want to exercise, and the area offers fun and enough space for sunbathing and reading in a shady spot under the cork oak or the parasol. Children's safety is also taken care of thanks to a pool alarm. Regulate the water temperature to your liking by rolling the thermal cover over the water in the evening. This then heats the pool to over 30 degrees when the sun shines on it.
You enter the villa on the upper level, as it was charmingly built into the hillside
There you will find the master bedroom with over 25 sqm plus balcony. The sleeping area with double bed (200x200) has access to its own bathroom tiled in natural stone (bathtub, shower cabin, toilet, bidet, washbasin).
The second bedroom in the upper part with bed 160x200 is smaller and suitable for two children, grandma or nanni, also with balcony, and equipped with a shower and sink.
Also on the second floor is a lounge area that invites you to rest and read

Here you will find two more bedrooms with sea view. One with a double bed with its own bathroom (XXL shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin) accessible via the hallway, and a twin bedroom with TV direct access to its own shower room with tub, shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.
At the foot of the stairs opens the living area with a large open kitchen, fully equipped including Nespresso coffee machine, Miele dishwasher, microwave and oven. The living room offers a cozy couch set in front of the open fireplace with smart TV (Netflix, Prime etc.), Throughout the house there is Wifi, in case you need to do some business on the PC.
In the back of the first floor is the laundry room with two washing machines and a Miele dryer, if the clothesline in the garden is not enough space
Up to three cars can be parked in the yard and on the driveway
The entire property is lighted, fenced, the gate can be conveniently opened from the car by remote control and a professional alarm system provides protection at night and during your absence.
At Villa La Grange, rest and relaxation in the middle of the pine and oak forests, with the vineyard and the sea at your feet, combine with peace and quiet. At the same time all restaurants, beaches and markets are just a few minutes away by car.

Location and surroundings of object
Only 1.5 km from the center of La Croix Valmer with the local butcher, bakery and supermarket, pharmacy, and a few minutes from the beach and restaurants, the house is very quiet yet centrally located. The Pampelonne beach and Saint Tropez are also reached in 15 minutes and even in summer you are not in traffic jams, because the villa is accessible in the opposite direction.

St Tropez Gem
I barely know where to start,
This house is truly a Gem!
First of all, the location is just perfect. You are a bit up in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas but still so close that it's only a few minutes drive to reach central St Tropez, all the beach clubs and public beaches, and the all the towns in the sorrounding area.
The view form the terrace is simply stunning and you've got sunrise and sunset and the huge bay right there in front of you.
I really loved the design and layout of the house with the huge indoor living area beautifully merging with the outdoor terrace. The swimming pool is nicely located a few steps down, completely secluded so no neighbours can see anyone in the pool.
The interior was spotless clean and well maintained. The design and atmosphere was soothing and tranquil - exactly what I needed for my 2 week recharge here.
The communication with the assistant and the owners was smooth and very responsive. And should any issue arise, then Céline would solve it in a swift!
I would return anytime to Villa La Grange, in fact I can't wait to be back.
This perfect mountain getaway is highly recommended for both couples and larger families.

Stylish villa, dream terrace, best service
We were thrilled with this lovingly furnished and well-maintained villa. Very beautifully situated, top equipped. The pool and the terrace are just fun. The view is magnificent, and the garden beautifully maintained
In the house itself, the rooms are all large and very nicely furnished, in the living area there is always plenty of room for everyone, you feel at home!
Service and communication are super easy, open, direct and friendly. We are already looking forward to our next stay ..

First class facilities and location
Our family had a wonderful holiday in this dreamlike house! Even the process with the hosts was quick and very cordial. You can see that the house has been completely renovated, everything works perfectly and we received it very clean. The furnishings were also top-notch and we didn't miss a thing. But the best thing for me was the fantastic, unobstructed view over the vineyards and the sea - and that from every room and of course also from the large terrace. What a panoramic view! We loved watching the sunset in the evening on the terrace with a glass of rose. Of course, the children and we used the pool intensively, and we were also at the sea (plage Gigaro) in max. 10 minutes. In the village itself, you can do some great shopping, and in the brasserie we got fresh, still warm baguettes and homemade tartes. We have been holidaying regularly on the Cote d'Azur for many years and this house is a real gem! We will definitely be back!
