To be honest, it started off badly. Totally disorganized. More money is demanded on site than advertised. The service from Bellvilla is a disaster. I was on the phone for over 20 minutes, only to find out in the end that I should write an email. Ridiculous! When you travel, you should be able to trust the travel provider.
