Beautiful villa with garage and fenced plot. Private pool and spa with outdoor shower. Downstairs there is a kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, all kitchen utensils and dishes. Dining room and living room with TV on the open kitchen. Air conditioning. 2 bedrooms and separate toilet and bathroom with shower and bath. Upstairs there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. There is a large terrace where you can sunbathe.

Beautiful house in a great location

We had a very nice time and can highly recommend the house. The contact with the landlords was nice and uncomplicated, problems were quickly resolved. Vias is a pretty town with good shopping and restaurants in a great central location, both to the beach and to Montpellier or the hinterland. If there was something to improve, I would recommend a regular household vacuum cleaner ;-) We would love to come back again!
