Description
Our "Casa Bibe" was completely newly built in the attic of a former farmhouse, the 70m2 flat was completed in November 2021.
A spacious living/dining area and open kitchen are the heart of the flat,
furthermore there is a bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower
In the entrance area is a small workplace
A storeroom, and a utility room with washing machine, dryer and toilet are also available.
A nice terrace in the garden is also included.
The flat is equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay.

Location and surroundings of object
The municipality of Krauchenwies is located about ten kilometres south of Sigmaringen in Baden-Württemberg.
The holiday home is centrally located, within walking distance of the butcher's shop, bakery (one with a nice breakfast offer) and the pharmacy. There is also a Netto market.
A country inn, a pizzeria and a Turkish snack bar are also not far away.
The "Fürstlich Park Krauchenwies" and the "Ablacher Seen" lakes invite you to take long walks.
For swimming we have the lido "Krauchenwieser Küste", delicious snacks are offered there on a nice terrace.
The Danube valley, the Swabian Alb and Lake Constance are easy to reach from here.
From Krauchenwies there is a bus every hour to Überlingen and back, from there you can easily take the ferry to Mainau Island.

Everything wonderful
This holiday apartment is very well furnished, spotlessly clean, and has comfortable beds. Nice landlords and tasteful decor complete the whole experience!

Wow
We were allowed to spend 10 days in this beautiful vacation apartment. There are no wishes left unfulfilled. Lovingly furnished and everything practical is available that one needs. Thank you very much, dear Wetz family, for the wonderful time.

We come again
With very nice and helpful landlords, we were able to use a perfectly equipped and beautiful holiday flat.
The flat is very lovingly furnished, especially the bathroom is to fall in love with. We were also able to use our own garden and were very happy about that.
We would love to come back and are already looking forward to it!

This was certainly one of the best (if not the best) apartments we have ever rented
Very clean, well equipped and spacious. Very nice landlords who are helpful in word and deed when needed. There is a good bakery and a supermarket in the village.
We cycled a lot (Danube valley, towards Lake Constance, etc.). This is easy to reach from Krauchenwies. There are also bathing lakes nearby for those who need to cool off in summer
This accommodation is definitely recommended.

Excellent vacation rental!
The landlords welcomed us warmly and showed us around the apartment. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Nothing is missing. The equipment is far above the average. Everything is new, tastefully furnished and very clean. There is an additional workspace with a washing machine, dryer, and an additional toilet. Despite being an attic apartment and an outside temperature of 36 degrees, the apartment was pleasantly cool. There is a separate seating area with an umbrella in the garden. We felt very comfortable.

We are both recently retired but still very active. I Barbara was, and still am, working in an architect's office. Now I only draw houses there 2 days a week. My husband Joachim was a self-employed contractor, he did extensions like this beautiful holiday home. He is still active now, there is always something to do, here and elsewhere. We live here in the house together with our cat Mi-Ke. The daughter has already been released into the wild.
