This spacious villa stands close to the city Fabriano, well known for its rich history and culture.
The house features 3 large bedrooms that can accommodate 6, in addition to a spacious garden. Experience the gorgeous view of the mountains from the large terrace. Take a dip in the private pool whilst having a barbecue with your family.
Plan a day trip to Frasassi caves that are a stone's throw away. Explore the surrounding cities and the gorgeous beaches that they feature - cities like Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi, Urbino, Loreto.
The owner has generously arranged for free WiFi within the premises and also welcomes pets that may accompany the guests. Expenses related to charging of electric and hybrid cars(when possible), however, are additional.

We were given a friendly welcome, there was even cold drink and some sweets ready. It is a good apartment, spacious enough and the kitchen is fully equipped. Very warm in the house. Everywhere is horrified, so there is no need to enter a mosquito. The pool shares you with the guests of 1 other apartment. The bath is not just so deep, I think 1 meter. Great to cool and play. You have a private spot outside with lots of privacy. The road to the cottage is a challenge with a heavily loaded car, and with a race bike not to do without a tire. The area is also beautiful with mountains and an hour from the beach. Delicious.
