This spacious and rustic home is located in the countryside and in a wooded area. The royal garden has a lawn with many trees: olive, apricot and oak trees. Behind the apartment is a terrace, garden furniture and a large pool (10 x 6 m) with an outdoor shower. With these different facilities, the apartment is well suited for families with children. The apartment is very centrally located and still offers a lot of privacy due to the tree-rich surroundings.
Only 3 km away is Draguignan, a lively little town in the middle of a large wine-growing region and with a cozy old town centre. The old town is surrounded by ancient city gates that enclose a network of cozy squares and picturesque narrow streets.
For golf enthusiasts there is a beautiful golf course about 10 km away. Prefer to lie on the beach? The well-known seaside resorts of Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez, Saint-Aygulf, Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël are around 50 km from the apartment.

The situation is perfect and very private but not isolated, a very important point for my daughter. A fine swimming pool and a spacious garden. Lovely. The house is situated perfectly for who wants to get some rest and privacy but not wants to be completely in the middle of nowhere. The swimming pool is well maintained, big enough (10x6) and about 2 meters deep. The house is just big enough, well decorated, with a spacious master bedroom. The children bedroom is a little bit smaller with 4 beds. Trough the whole house are little wooden tables and other decoration that just give the finishing touch to this house. They really gave attention to the decoration. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which is really comfortable. We had the impression that the bathroom was a new one. Just lovely. The area which belongs to the house is enormous. You can make a walk in your own garden. Just on the backside of the house you can see a neighbor but there is still plenty of space between this house and the house of the neighbors. It is the only house you will see! It is very quiet with traffic as well, that could be because there is just one road passing by. So the front side of the house is very quiet and private, there is a big table where you can have a great breakfast and dinner as well. There is also a parking place which belongs to the house, with a lot of threes and shadow. The swimming pool is situated in such a way there is sun the whole day trough until half past 7. At the hottest moment of the day a chair under a big three is much more comfortable. The house is very nice and cool the whole day trough, even when the temperature outside is high. We would love to go back there!

Arriving at the house we found out that the more a 4 person cottage was instead of 6, had to sleep there one of our children 14 days on the couch! We had little privacy, owner lives next to the house and every 2 days, a man checking the pool ... while we refilling it yourself and cleaned ... We expected more from

Just outside a major city located on the wooded area it seems that you are much further from the city. With some wind you do hear the highway. The cottage is all clean, tidy and complete (no BBQ) the owner is super friendly and discreet. The pool remains some green but is actually logical if you see how many trees there are in the (large) garden. We enjoyed also the rare birds in the garden. Among others The Wiellewaal and the Nightingale

The cottage is in a quiet and green environment between similar houses. There is ample privacy but there is no view and feel with the beautiful hilly surroundings. The house was neatly cuddled on arrival and everything smelled fresh. The pool was an absolute added value. What we missed was a nice terrace for the garden table, considering your vacation, you would like to enjoy the outdoors. The terrace at the cottage was large blocks of stone laid on the bare earth with deep grooves in between, unusable. We then moved the garden table to the flat ground in the garden. Hardening between the house and the pool under the shape of a path would also be practical to avoid walking across the earth. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and good. Kitchen utensils are limited for the real cooking fans. Glasses and bags take your own best from home. The garden is frequented by wild boar at night, so be sure to look out for landscaping in the garden.

We had the pleasure of being welcomed with a bottle of regional wine in the cool, the house, its large garden and the pool were carefully prepared to allow us to start the holidays in the best conditions.
