The comfortable, tastefully furnished non-smoking end-of-terrace house offers approx. 64 m² of living space for 4 guests. Our holiday home is located in a quiet street, which is used almost exclusively by residents. The house is about 300 metres from the dyke
Enjoy the view of the dyke from the terrace. You will find snack bars and restaurants for every taste everywhere. There are playgrounds at central locations throughout the village. Our house is a non-smoking house.
On the ground floor...
there is the hall, 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The living-dining room is furnished with a fully equipped kitchenette. The living area has satellite TV, stereo, WLAN and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine, Senseo, kettle, blender, waffle iron and much more. The ground floor is completely tiled. All windows are fitted with external blinds.
First floor.
1 bedroom with two single beds and SAT-TV. On the gallery you can also make yourself comfortable on the couch. Here you will also find a high chair and travel cot for our little guest. The skylights are all fitted with Velux blackout blinds. Games and books for big and small are available. The upper floor is completely covered with laminate.

Our garden is equipped with a sunshade and garden furniture
The terrace is covered and equipped with an awning. A sunbathing lawn is adjacent.
A barbecue area with a permanently installed stone grill is waiting for its use.
Directly next to the tool shed is a parking space for your car. A bicycle stand is available for your bicycles. So that you can enjoy your holiday even more relaxed, we have fenced in our property to protect small children and animals.

Our house is located in a quiet holiday home area in Dorum-Neufeld on the southern North Sea coast, between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven, in the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park.
The dyke, green bathing beach, cutter harbour, outdoor wave pool with integrated indoor pool, Obereversand lighthouse monument, children's playhouse and Wadden Sea National Park are only a 10-minute walk away.
There is a self-service market and numerous restaurants nearby. Here you can stock up on your daily needs or treat yourself to a delicious meal.
At the cutter harbour, you can buy delicious freshly caught crabs, among other things. A children's playground is located a few streets away
Dorum-Neufeld offers numerous leisure activities on site and in the surrounding area. Here are just a few ways to spend a varied holiday:

Cancellation terms:
You may cancel the contract at any time. Upon cancellation, a reasonable compensation, as outlined below, will be required: - Up to 56 days before the start of the rental period, 20% of the total rental price. - From 45 days before the start of the rental period, 60% of the total rental price. - From 21 days before the start of the rental period, 80% of the total rental price. - From 14 days before the start of the rental period, 90% of the total rental price. Cancellations must be communicated to the landlord in writing. If this is not done, the total amount will be due.

Visitor's tax is charged on site. In the high season, the tourist tax includes admission to the beach and the wave pool.
The costs for electricity, water and heating are already included in the rental price.
The refuelling of an e-car requires a separate permit.
If desired, you can rent bed linen and towel packages. The costs for this are € 10.00 per towel package and € 12.00 per person for bed linen.
20 % of the rental price is due at the time of booking, the remaining amount 4 weeks before departure.
If it is not possible to start your holiday due to a change in the Corona regulations, you will not incur any cancellation charges.

Dogs are allowed by arrangement - there is a dog beach on the beach - divided into dog unleashed and dog leashed.
High chair, travel cot, plastic dishes as well as puree for child-friendly meals are available for our little guests.
