Recreation in South Jutland
Dreamlike location with a great view of the Baltic Sea.
The holiday home had everything we needed; it was exactly as described on the website.
We had never seen such a clean and well-maintained house.
The area invites for walking/hiking and cycling.
We had a very good rest!
Communication with Ms. Christensen was excellent.
Would love to come again.

Great holiday home for families
The house is located in a holiday resort with many houses near a campsite, 5 minutes from the sea. The location is perfect for families with children up to 10. In the center of the facility, there is a bouncy cushion, playground, and mini-golf. There is also a large swimming pool in the facility. You can always keep an eye on the children in the play area. Unfortunately, there is nothing further for older children/teens, and it is not easy to reach anything quickly by car. The houses are close to each other, so you can hear other children day and night; you have to accept that. Ice on a stick is available at the campsite, where you can also order rolls; an ice cream truck comes by every now and then.
The house is equipped with everything you need, also very high quality in parts. We lacked nothing. Everything was clean as well. Electricity costs are to be paid separately, somewhat more expensive by German standards. The consumption for hot water preparation is also somewhat higher.
We found it very nice, but we would not come back again due to the larger children.

Das Gebiet ist ein ehemaliges Ferienzentrum mit insgesamt 140 Häusern. Die Häuser sind derzeit im Besitz von Privatpersonen.
Die Häuser, die sich über ein großes Naturgebiet erstrecken, sind vom Meer umgeben.
Unser Haus befindet sich in der ersten Reihe mit freiem Blick auf das Meer und die schöne Natur, umgeben von 28 anderen Häusern. Die Häuser befinden sich in einer langen Reihe, allesamt freistehende Häuser.
Wir finden, dass die Lage der Häuser dazu führt, dass Kinder und Jugendliche sich finden und gemeinsam Zeit verbringen.
Wir sind diese Woche in dem Haus in Urlaub, es sind noch viele Gäste da, aber die Abende und Nächte sind sehr ruhig. Außerhalb der Hochsaison ist die Gegend sehr ruhig. Neben
dem Minigolf, der Hüpfburg und dem Schwimmbad gibt es einen Volleyballplatz und eine Tischtennisplatte für drinnen und draußen.
Wir haben uns dafür entschieden, dass die einzige Verbrauchsgebühr für unsere Mieter die Zahlung des Stroms ist. Wir zahlen den Wasserverbrauch für unsere Gäste.

Wonderful little house
The location of the house in the first row of the small holiday settlement near the Baltic Sea with a view of the sea and nature is really very beautiful.
Although the houses are relatively close together, we did not feel disturbed by the neighbors.
The kitchen is well-equipped, and there were enough loungers and beach chairs available.
As a starting point for explorations in South Jutland all the way to Odense, the location of the house was ideal. We traveled with 3 adults, and for that, the size of the house is optimal.

We had a wonderful stay in the house with a sea view.
This cozily furnished holiday home lacked nothing! The kitchen equipment is of high quality, making cooking a pleasure. The beds are not sagging, and the armchairs and sofa are comfortable.
The outdoor area is nicely designed, and there are many seating options (depending on the wind).
We were two and could spread out well. With 4 adults, it would have been too cramped for us. But that is certainly a matter of opinion!
It's great that you can use the pool of the complex. The houses are close together, but are well positioned, so that you hardly notice the neighbors.
The contact with our landlord, Mrs. Christensen, has been great from the beginning! She has answered all questions as quickly as possible, always wrote very kindly, and also provided a few tips!
We are completely satisfied!

Very well-maintained, cozy holiday home with great views.
Dear Mrs. Christensen,
we felt very, very comfortable in your holiday home. The equipment is above average and well-maintained. The rooms are cozy and tastefully furnished, and the beds are comfortable.
The location of the house and the terraces offer a great view of the Baltic Sea, and there is always a sunny spot to be found. We didn't miss anything essential.
Tip: Excursion to the island of Rømø, which is definitely worth an hour's drive. We would book this holiday home again if we were vacationing in the area.
