This traditionally Mediterranean-designed, single-story villa accommodates up to 7 guests and creates a spacious and cozy atmosphere. It is ideal for stays throughout the year, as the villa has a heated pool and Jacuzzi for cooler days, as well as underfloor heating and a fireplace for a cozy atmosphere.
The villa is surrounded by a fully fenced 650 sqm property, which guarantees privacy and tranquility. Guests can enjoy the heated pool and Jacuzzi, with six lounge chairs and two umbrellas providing the option to sunbathe or relax in the shade. An outdoor covered dining area with a large grill makes dining outdoors pleasant regardless of the weather. Atmospheric lighting enhances the environment and adds a charming glow to every corner of the property. The interior of the villa consists of an open living room, a dining area, and a kitchen designed for comfort and coziness. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-quality appliances such as an induction stove, freezer, refrigerator, ice machine, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people, creating an inviting space for meals. The living room features a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed, as well as a 75-inch flat-screen TV for evening entertainment.
Villa Larra has three bedrooms, each offering plenty of daylight and space. All three bedrooms are equipped with a king-size bed and a wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms also have a desk, safe, and a 42-inch TV. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a hairdryer, bed linen, and towels for comfort and privacy.
Guests have access to a separate guest toilet and a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board, which makes it easier to take care of laundry and personal items. Space for 3 cars.
