General condition good, good equipment. Cleanliness good. Deficiencies: Outdoor area very overgrown. Ceiling lamp in the living area does not work. Too few German programs on the television.

The house is very quiet and has various beautiful outdoor seating areas. The fenced terrace and the nearby playground are particularly suitable for small children. The use of the holiday center located 5 minutes away, with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, and fitness equipment, also allows for an active vacation even in bad weather.
