Beautiful holiday home located on a separate island surrounded by beautiful skerries. A resort for you who like to travel with extended family and many friends and to have everything you need for a successful holiday. Final cleaning and electricity included in the price. The 1300 sqm island is located only 125 m from the mainland with parking and floating jetty for boats. Four living rooms, one of which is a combined living room/bedroom on the second floor with table tennis table and 2 extra beds. 3 living rooms on the ground floor with several seating areas and dining tables, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with temperate wine cabinet. GPS, echo sounder, chart plotter and 8 pole holders (ONE ONLY ON REQUEST) 1 x 20-foot boat HR600 with 90 HP Suzuki 4 stroke engine. GPS, echo sounder, chart plotter and 8 pole holders 2 kayaks 1 family kayak for 2 adults and a child in the middle. Great sea fishing. Own covered filleting space on the island and space for selling fishing equipment, fishing clothes etc. 2 freezers each of 200 liters in the hallway in the holiday home.
