Little Paradise is a cute accommodation, very stylish and cozy for a perfect and relaxing family holiday with a maximum capacity of 8 people.
Little Paradise consists of two floors connected by an external staircase. The ground floor offers a living area, two bedrooms, and a family bathroom. The first floor offers a living area, two bedrooms, and a family bathroom.
There is a parking lot secured for 3 cars in front of the property on the private lot, and the car is recommended.
Villa Little Paradise was recently renovated and is nicely furnished to offer you and your family or friends a nice and peaceful accommodation so you could have your well-deserved relaxing holiday in this quiet environment surrounded by typical Mediterranean plants and flowers. It is fully equipped with all a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay. Offers free WiFi and it has air-conditioned living areas on both floors.
*The outdoors offers a private swimming pool of 7,5m x 4m, a fully fenced sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, two lounge corners and a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people, and an outdoor shower. There is a traditional barbecue, a stove, and a lounge area with natural shade behind the house. Perfect spot for preparing a nice grill for your family or friends.
*The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen (35sqm) with all the needed amenities you need for food preparation, and there is also a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a dining table for 4, a living room that has a sofa, Air-condition, and a flat-screen TV (IPTV with many channels and Netflix account). From the dining area, you have a direct approach to the barbecue area. There is a Bedroom NO1 (14sqm) with a queen-size bed of 160cm x 200cm, a TV, and pool views. A Bedroom NO2 (14sqm) with queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, a TV, the views of the garden. There is also a family bathroom with a shower.
*The outdoor staircase takes you to the first floor with a fully equipped kitchen (35sqm) with all the needed amenities you need for food preparation, and there is also a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a dining table for 4, a living room that has a sofa, Air-condition, and a flat-screen TV (IPTV with many channels and Netflix account). From the living area, you have a balcony with pool views. There is a Bedroom NO3 (12sqm) with a queen-size bed of 160cm x 200cm, a TV, and views on the garden. A Bedroom NO4 (11sqm) with queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, a TV, the views of the garden. There is also a family bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The whole property is nicely organized offering several different sitting areas soo everyone from your group can find his own spot, and still enough spots to enjoy al-fresco all together.
Marina itself is a tourist resort and a small yacht harbor. It is dominated by a picturesque fort, a former summer house of Trogir bishops from the 15th century, restored and adapted into an attractive hotel. The proximity of the villa to the ancient cities of Trogir (10 km), Split (36 km), and Sibenik (36 km) give you the opportunity to enjoy the ambiance of UNESCO cities in a short time. You can also make a nice tour visiting Krka waterfalls, a beautiful part of nature only a 50 min drive. The car is recommended.

Location and surroundings of object
It is located in a village named Dograde, on the hillside of the small Mediterranean town Marina (3km) which is a famous yacht harbor, also really close to a famous town Trogir (10km) with great history and many attractions. You need only a few minutes to get to the amazing and wide pebble beach (named Prališće or Poljica beach) with some water attractions which are 3km far from the property, the nearest shop is only 500m away, and supermarkets are 3km away.
