Our very well equipped holiday home offers 75 sqm of living space in a quiet location directly at the edge of the forest. In the approx. 600sqm large property you will find good conditions for recreation for adults or as a playground for children
Special feature: The second bedroom is a combined living/sleeping room on the upper floor. There are 6 sleeping possibilities in the living/sleeping room.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges (Erzgebirge/Vogtland) in Germany at about 700m above sea level.
The access road is narrow and steep, the last 300m gravel road. In winter conditions (snow cover) snow chains or a four-wheel drive vehicle are required.
In summer ideal for hiking, biking and in winter the ideal starting point for ski tours or just to relax.
The direct proximity to the towns of Klingenthal and Schöneck leave nothing to be desired.
In addition, there are numerous reservoirs within a radius of approx. 20-25km, which also offer several recreational opportunities for water fans.
The proximity to the Czech Republic also offers numerous excursion possibilities.

Woodshed
It is a very nicely furnished house located on a small hill. It has everything one needs. It is situated in a very quiet area, and from the kitchen, you can observe animals, which is great for us. You can also go hiking from there; the hiking trails are well marked. We felt very comfortable in the house; we were two people with a dog. Yes, the toilet is separate, which is fine. We will definitely come back. Very friendly landlords.

Nice house, but small.
We both had a great time there.
In principle, there are six beds, four of them located on the top floor (which can only be reached by a very steep staircase), but it is really too small for six people. I would recommend a maximum of four.
Also, an outdoor terrace would have been nice and a dishwasher would have been nice too (although I wouldn't know where it should be).

Short holiday
The holiday home has everything for a relaxing stay. Very quiet location directly at the forest, the dog was allowed to come along and found the walks great. The tiled stove did its job every evening. The cottage is very comfortably furnished and we felt quite at home.

Simply scandalous
House in a beautiful location, that was it.
Maximally suitable for 3 people as there are no proper seating options in the living room, adventurous staircase to the upper floor suitable as a pull-down ladder. Shower room without a closet or any other storage.
The highlight is the toilet in the kitchen where you can't move without an open door, smaller than in an airplane.
Upon arrival, we first had to dispose of all the opened groceries from the cabinets.

Weil wir Ihre Bewertung dieser Aussage zuordnen.
Wir freuen uns wirklich immer auf konstruktive und realistische Bewertungen, aber diese Ausführungen sind davon sehr weit entfernt.
Wir haben alles im und um das Haus wahrheitsgemäß mit vielen Bildern und ausführlicher Beschreibung auf unserem Account dargestellt. Also absolut nichts geschönt oder einen falschen Eindruck erzeugt.
Sie wussten also von Anfang an, was sie vor Ort erwartet.
Das Haus wird bereits seit gut 25 Jahren von unterschiedlichen Vermietern als Ferienhaus angeboten und soweit wir dies seit der Übernahme im letzten Jahr zurück verfolgen konnten, gab es nicht annähernd solch eine schlechte Bewertung (Ausstattung, Preis/Leistung, Service mit nur einem Stern zu bewerten).
Und wir glauben nicht, dass sich so viele Gäste irren können!!
Aus diesem Grund laden wir unsere zukünftigen, hoffentlich weiterhin sehr zahlreichen Gäste ein, sich selbst ein Bild von unserem Ferienhaus zu machen.
Natürlich sind wir weiterhin jederzeit an konstruktiven Hinweisen zur Verbesserung unseres Objektes interessiert.
Auch sind wir selber öfters vor Ort und würden uns sehr freuen unsere Mieter bei einem lockeren Treffen kennen zu lernen.
Wir wünschen allen Gästen einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in unserem Ferienhaus.

Beautiful location
It was simply pure relaxation. If you love nature and tranquillity, this is the place for you. Will come again, but not in winter. Must be lovely, but the last few metres are very steep.
