The apartment is located in a renovated cabin, nestled in the heart of a charming mountain village.
The apartment is furnished with extreme taste in Alpine style and is meticulously detailed with antique furniture and paintings and carpets. The rooms, with wooden floors and walls, can accommodate 4 people (2 people in the double bedroom, 2 people in the room with bunk beds). The spacious and bright apartment located on the attic floor is on one level, consisting of an open space living area with three integrated functional corners: kitchen corner, dining area, living room corner, a large and bright double bedroom, a second cozy room with bunk beds, a hallway, and a functional bathroom with combined tub and shower. A terraced floor in front of the entrance allows wonderful panoramic views of the mountains and invites sunbathing. In the village, there are no shops (the closest grocery store is 8 km away); there is a bar/restaurant that offers tasty gastronomic specialties.
The apartment, being just a few meters from the alpine trails and MTB routes, is perfect for mountain excursions and nature lovers.
Kitchen linens are provided (tablecloth, napkins, kitchen towels, potholders).
There is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation.
Minimum rental period: 7 days. The rental is governed by Article 1, paragraph 2, letter c) of the law 9/12/1998, n. 431, which mandates the requirement of entering into a contract.
On the day of arrival, a non-interest-bearing security deposit of 100 euros is due as a guarantee for any possible damages caused and contractual breaches.
It is assumed that you will leave the house as you found it upon your arrival, or there is the option to have cleaning done at the end of your stay at a cost of 40 € to be paid on site. You can choose whether to bring your own bed linen and towels or alternatively rent them on site at a price of 15.00 euros per person.
The owner personally takes care of the guests upon arrival and during their stay. You can contact her at any time during the week and she will strive to solve any problems that arise. The owner is happy to provide information about the region and special things to do.
Pets are not accepted. To reach the village, using a car is recommended. You can park your vehicle in the free public parking lot at the entrance of the village.

The apartment is located within the village of Vens, an ancient romantic village, completely pedestrian, where, on small streets characterized by stone pavement, ancient buildings that testify to history and intertwining human events face each other. The ancient houses are made of stone with the presence of wood on the upper floors once used as barns and granaries. The balconies, also in wood, are adorned with beautiful wooden railings. The small village is suggestively nestled in lush nature with trails leading to alpine lakes, green meadows, and shady ancient forests, a true paradise for hikers and mountain bikers where the devastating flows of concrete have never reached.
Easily accessible from Vens is the Comba di Vertosan, a magnificent valley, rich in pastures where trekking and mountain biking find their ideal environment.

The apartment is 30 km from the Gran Paradiso National Park and 35 km from Mont Blanc. It is possible to reach the city of Aosta, the regional capital, in 40 minutes. Founded by the Romans, it has numerous well-preserved remains from this historical period: the bridge, the Arch of Augustus, the Porta Praetoria, the cryptoporticus, the theater, and the city walls.
