The Simca villa comprises two villas, the Campanette of 135 m2 and the Pitcholine of 85 m2 in Provençal style, which are adjoining but completely independent, each with its own covered terrace, separated by an oleander hedge with private access to the shared 60 m2 pool (4x15) located below. Both benefit from an exceptional, commanding position in the private Bramafam estate with full southern exposure and a view over the village of Plascassier and the Alpes de Haute Provence.
In the heart of nature, it is an exceptional place to gather with family, less than half an hour from Cannes and the Mediterranean. Event gatherings are not permitted as the estate is a place of rest. In high season (July and August), we prefer to rent the two houses to the same family or to two families who know each other, with a maximum capacity of 12 people with a total of six bedrooms, two with a 160x200 bed and four with two 90x200 beds.
The rest of the year, you can rent the Campanette or the Pitcholine at a lower price, agreeing to share the large communal pool to which each house has its own access. These two houses have been completely renovated and offer modern comfort with air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms from 8 p.m. to midnight, which is very pleasant during heatwaves.
Large parking lot, protected land classified as "nature," good Internet connection, Astra satellite TV reception, ping-pong table, foosball, golf, horse riding, and tennis club nearby make it an ideal place to relax to the sound of cicadas.
