Located in a lovely cottage area near Mommark, where there are many shared activities, you will find this cottage for 18 people with a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and activity room. With seven bedrooms, this summer house is an obvious destination for a vacation with friends or a large family. The sleeping accommodations are also divided into two sleeping areas, making the layout ideal for larger groups. The cottage offers a wealth of activities and entertainment options, so no guest will be bored in either summer or winter. A dip in the 18 m2 swimming pool with water slide, Roman steps, and counter-current system is an option all year round. Alternatively, you can enjoy a warm dip in the room's hot tub, where a trip to the sauna also contributes to the relaxing feeling. If, on the other hand, you feel like letting loose and testing your skills in various disciplines, the activity room is sure to tempt you. Here you can duel in table tennis, table football, billiards, PlayStation 4, or darts. In addition, the judges of the duels can take a seat at the bar, where the refrigerator and bar stools invite you to enjoy a cool refreshment. Centrally located in the house is the large kitchen/family room. From the long dining table, you can keep an eye on those swimming in the pool or the meal that is being prepared. The kitchen is well-equipped, and with both a double stove, two ovens, a sink, and two dishwashers, cooking for many people becomes both fun and manageable. From the cozy sofa corner near the cottage's wood-burning stove, there is a view of the terrace and lawn. If the weather is good, you can enjoy the Danish summer with a barbecue on the terrace or playing in the garden, where the children are guaranteed to love the in-ground trampoline (used at your own risk/insurance) and swing set. All luxury vacation homes in Mommark have access to a large, shared outdoor play area and multi-purpose court. Here, children and the young at heart can spend their vacation days playing on the large pirate ship, swinging, sliding, and climbing on the climbing frame. The grass-covered multi-purpose court can be used for soccer, basketball, foot tennis, volleyball, and badminton. Next to the play area, you will also find tables and benches where adults and other spectators can enjoy themselves and relax. The grounds are located high up, so there is a sea view. The house is very large, has a very good layout, and is in very good condition. We liked that there are two separate sleeping areas, each with a bathroom. The living area is centrally located and comfortably furnished. The activity room offers great entertainment and fun for young and old. We enjoyed spending time here. The kitchen is very well equipped; we only missed small knives and a can opener. The property is nicely large and since the house is located on a corner, it is not directly visible to other vacationers. Recommendations: A trip to Sonderbørg is worthwhile. The pebble beach with steep coast is easily reachable on foot. Guests of the holiday home may use the nearby large playground with a fenced soccer field, which we liked.

Very good equipment, although there are already signs of wear, among other things, on the cabinets, even though the construction year of the holiday home was only 2022. The windows were not clean at handover; the person responsible for the holiday home explained that cleaning is only paid for by the owner every 4 weeks. In my opinion, action is needed here. Recommendations: The beach about 300 m in front of the marina is absolutely recommended. Little frequented and shaded parking spaces are plentiful. Turn right before the marina and drive to the end of the parking lot or even further down the slope about 100 m to the sea.

corresponds to the description in the catalog. Especially appealing to young and old was the large pool with counter-current system and whirlpool, which was actively used. Recommendations: A trip to the beach on the south coast (Skovmosestrand) and to Sonderburg with the castle is worthwhile; for those interested in history, also the Dybbol Banke (Düppeler Schanzen).
