The apartment is located in a newly built residential complex with a large plot and is very modern and comfortably equipped. The urbanization is surrounded by modern villas with well-kept gardens. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Laguna of Torrevieja, which offers a spectacular sea of lights at night.
The residential complex is conveniently located for excursions to the beautiful places around Torrevieja and of course Torrevieja with an inviting beach promenade itself. The shopping center "La Zenia Boulevard" is 5 minutes away by car. Perfect starting point for excursions to different beaches and bathing bays. Dream vacation for beachgoers, sun worshippers, water sports enthusiasts, friends of southern cuisine, wine lovers, golfers, hikers and cyclists.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Prices are incl. bed linen, towels and a welcome package for up to 4 persons! Electricity according to consumption with 0,35/Kwh.
The final cleaning costs in the amount of 80.00 euros as well as a deposit in the amount of 250.00 euros are to be paid directly upon apartment handover/move-in.
Arrival time on the booking day from 14 clock, in case of non-occupancy, an earlier arrival is possible, but this must be agreed in advance. A late arrival after 10 pm is only possible with prior arrangement and for a fee of 25.00 euros. On the day of departure, the apartment must be returned by 10 am.
An organized airport transfer as well as the provision of a baby travel cot is possible. If required, please inquire.
Since we are always asked for German TV channels, currently only Spanish channels are receivable. However, the 3 TVs are Smart TV's that are connected to the Internet, which allows streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. can be received. German TV channels can be received via other providers, such as Zatto.de (free for the first 4 weeks after registration as a trial month).

The lake in view
We were in the apartment from mid-February to early April. First impression great. The roof terrace is huge and well-furnished. Unfortunately, it’s not usable very often in winter when it's windy or raining. The lower balcony is always in the shade. Without heating, the apartment is very cold, and heating is expensive. The bed was super comfortable; the sofa in the living room is already sagging. The TV is huge with German channels. Overall, there's nothing missing. Environment: A lot is still being built, sometimes noisy, sometimes quiet.
Location: You almost always need a car, except for the supermarket. Lots of traffic towards Torrevieja.
The pool will probably not be filled until mid-April. It was under repair for us.
Parking was not an issue, either in the underground garage or right in front of the door.

Wir haben lange gebraucht, um hier passende Worte zu finden. Schade das es Gäste gibt, die soviel versauen können. Hier haben wir einen Bastler, der alles besser weisst, und von sich behauptet vom fach zu sein, überall rumspielt und dadurch aus einfachen technischen störungen, einen grossen defekt verursachen. Bestes beispiel, das abklemmen von elektrischen anlagen, was ausschliesslich ein elektriker machen sollte, weil diese angeblich nicht richtig funktionieren, und das obwohl diese über den Sicherungskasten ganz einfach auszuschalten wären. Nach diesem Gast können wir auch einen Maler durch die Wohnung senden. Der Name ist bei uns verbrannt. Mir tun zukünftige vermieter leid.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful complex.
The communication in advance and on site was flawless, including tips on what to see.
The apartment is large, very well equipped and very clean.
The complex is well maintained, the pool is great and if it's not too busy, you can also get one of the 4 pool beds.
Unfortunately, we didn't like the area so much, it's difficult to get around without a car.
But the apartment alone was worth the trip!

Very relaxed stay
There is nothing to add to the title.
The flat as well as the whole complex was super, neat and clean.
We were able to spend a few relaxing days here and will gladly come back.
