Description

The enclosed property is approx. 500sqm in size. In the outdoor area there is a barrel sauna, which is operated with a coin counter (1,-€ = 20min). Furthermore, there is a swing for children in the spacious garden, in the front garden you can enjoy the morning sun on the partly covered terrace. The car parking space is located at the property. A garden shed for your bicycles is available.

On the lower floor is the kitchen, which is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic cooker, oven, 3*refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, etc.
In the living and dining area there is a wood-burning stove that provides pleasant warmth on cooler days
Equipment in the living and dining area: dining table for 6 people, smart TV and a Bluetooth radio
On the upper floor there is a twin bedroom and a four-bedded room (1 double bed)
The windows are equipped with insect screens.

The holiday home is located in the holiday park and lies directly on the protective dyke near the forest in Damp. It is only a few minutes' walk to the sandy beach (no visitor's tax), the shopping area and restaurants. There are several children's playgrounds in the holiday area. Bicycle rental is at the harbour.

Dear Landlord,
our stay ends tomorrow and we are leaving early back to Hesse. We are thrilled with your holiday home. It is absolutely recommended and the stove and sauna make it a great accommodation even in this season. Thank you also for the morning snow removal service.
