Description
The medieval residential tower from the 10th century is situated in a quiet hillside location with a spectacular view of the picturesque Maremma plain, bordered by enchanting green hills. The exceptional property combines privacy, individuality, and the unmistakable charm of bygone eras. Fenced plot in a quiet, secluded location, surrounded by small terraces, gardens, olive and fruit trees, and flowering bushes. Private saltwater pool 8 x 4 m x depth 1.20-1.70 m, open from mid-May to the end of September at no extra charge.
Warm outdoor shower, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, lawn area by the pool and an additional strip of lawn measuring 12 x 2 m as a play area (see photos).
On request, the pool can be booked outside the pool season, before and after the period mentioned above, for an extra charge of €150 per week. Please specify under 'Notes' when booking, thank you! During the pool season, the pool is included.
Built-in barbecue, fruit trees, the fruit may be picked.

Completely fenced garden property (6000 m²) with olive and fruit trees (fruit may be eaten), at the back of the tower.
Private parking on the enclosed property, from there a footpath leads up to the tower. To unload your luggage, you can also drive up to the front of the tower, unless you have a very large car.
Eat-in kitchen on the ground floor:
4-burner gas stove (gas included), oven, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), classic stovetop moka pot, dishwasher, double marble sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine.
From the kitchen, you can access the inner terrace at the front of the tower, with dining table and chairs. Another terrace is located at the back of the tower with breathtaking views!
Living room on the 1st floor:
Sofa bed for 1 person, two stools, desk, armchair, large open fireplace, safe, CD/radio, large windows

Bathroom on the ground floor with shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet
Bathroom on the 2nd floor with only toilet and washbasin
Smoking is not permitted in the tower.
A travel cot for children can be provided free of charge upon request.
Heatable with a central methane gas heating system and on the 1st floor... Stock with fireplace.
Gas/wood according to consumption.
Gas consumption for cooking is included.

Pets allowed, registration required! Surcharge €20 per week/pet
Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool
Tourist tax: Since 2023, the tourist tax is €1.50 per day for people aged 14 and over for a maximum of 14 days (subject to change, as the municipality can make changes at any time). Information and payment to the landlord on site. Please note that this is a medieval tower from the 10th century; it has a very special charm. You will not find the perfection, comfort, and size of a new building here.
The owners (2 adults + 2 children) are on site during the Italian summer holidays and sometimes on weekends in a separate house and also use the pool.
Bookings from Saturday to Saturday (exceptions may be possible on request during the low season).
