A very cozy homestead, you live together with others, all the houses are separate, and you go down a small hill to the sauna and the lake. It is comfortably furnished and the hostess is very nice!

The house by the lake is beautiful and the whole property is really great. The other house is actually very sparsely furnished and we only used it for sleeping and bathroom use. Anyone looking for a luxury vacation is in the wrong place. But anyone who likes it a bit simpler is guaranteed to have a great vacation.

The situation at the estate is very rural and quiet. The sauna house is perfectly located with a new dock by the lake. The houses are very old, the furnishings are adequate, and the water supply is only recommended as drinking water in limited capacity. If one adjusts to this, one can spend a wonderful time there with great cycling and canoeing tours.

The house by the lake is beautiful and the whole property is really great. The other house is actually very sparsely furnished and we mainly used it for sleeping and bathroom use. Anyone looking for a luxury vacation is in the wrong place. But anyone who likes it a bit more minimalistic will definitely have a great vacation.

The two houses we rented, which are offered as a package, are 220m apart. The house on the lake, which can only be reached by car via a very narrow path, is very quaint, but has no shower (we mostly jumped into the lake) only a sink in the small kitchen. The water there is lake water, drinking water has to be fetched from the manor house in a 20l canister. The bed there is a sofa bed. The sauna is definitely great, but we didn't use it. The open fireplace is great, but you have to know how to use it. / The upper house has a shower and is connected to the drinking water, but this smells strange. We had no problems with it though. There are two real beds and a sofa bed. The kitchen equipment in both houses is very basic, but sufficient. / The entire property with the lake and the extensive meadows is very idyllic, very beautiful. / Cars are not allowed to be parked near the houses, but must be parked at the beginning of the property, approx. 300m away. / Anyone who rents these houses must be aware of these circumstances and must have a certain talent for improvisation and forego luxury. Since we only had great weather, we spent most of our time outside anyway. / The landlady is very nice and concerned about her guests. / After an initial adjustment period, we had a very nice time there.

A charming retreat! The location by Lake Båven was breathtaking, and we enjoyed canoeing and kayaking. The cabins were clean and perfect for our family of five.

We had a fantastic time at the holiday home in Flen! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled in the tranquil Sörmland landscape. The cabin, Ateljén, was cozy and well-equipped for our needs. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area and grilling in the evening sun. The walk to the lakeside cottage, Sjöstugan, was a lovely adventure, and the view from there was stunning. We made great use of the wood-fired sauna after a long day of exploring. Highly recommended if you are looking for a peaceful retreat!
