You will stay in a separate, 35 sqm flat , which is located on the ground floor of our detached house in the north-east of Berlin in the "green" district of Pankow.
Only 15 minutes by car from the city centre (Alexanderplatz), the location of the accommodation is an optimal starting point for exploring the city also by public transport (bus stop 50 metres from the flat). The city can also be reached quickly and easily by bicycle.
Directly adjacent fields and allotment gardens invite you to take relaxing walks or engage in sporting activities.
The flat has a living room with kitchen (electric cooker, fridge, microwave/mini oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster), a separate bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a bathroom with shower/WC. TV and radio/CD/MP3 are part of the equipment.
An extra bed can be added in the living area for a third person.
If required, a children's travel cot and a children's high chair are available free of charge.
Internet access is possible via WLAN.
Towels and bed linen are included.
Parking facilities for cars are located directly in front of the property.

In the immediate surroundings of the property you have the opportunity to sports activities such as jogging, walking, hiking, cycling and inline skating. A golf course and a Tennis-/Badmintonhalle are just a few minutes by car / bike. The property is located in the northeast of Berlin, located in the district of Pankow / Weissensee, OT Heiner village in the countryside, but still only 15 minutes by car from the city center (Alexanderplatz). Weissensee is part of the neighboring district of Prenzlauer Berg. By car, but especially by public transport to this area of ??the property in a short time.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Hello, we are a small family and rent out part of our house to visitors to Berlin. The flat is several separate rooms on the ground floor of a residential building, which also have their own toilet/shower and can be used individually. We ourselves live in the same house, so we are basically directly accessible. We are looking forward to meeting interesting tenants.
