This is a private house with unique characteristics, like few others. Immersed in the green hills of Bologna, with a fantastic panorama, it stands out for its high quality furnishings, while the large spaces have been specially designed to give freedom and comfort to its guests.
The house accommodates up to 12 guests in large common areas overlooking a suggestive external portico with a view of the Bologna skyline, a large well-equipped kitchen and four bright suites each with a different style, all with private bathroom. All rooms of the villa are equipped with air conditioning, each room is equipped with TV, minibar, safe, coffee machine. The 4000m2 park includes a solarium and a private swimming pool.
A small supply of seasonal fruit, vegetables and juices from the farm owned is present in the kitchen on each arrival, together with local wine and water.
The guests of the Villa can also use the services of the nearby resort of Varignana: The terraced swimming pools with hydromassage, the path through the vineyards, the visit to the ornamental garden which is part of the prestigious network "I Grandi giardini d'Italia" with its splendid vegetable labyrinth, the playground for children.
