This beautiful holiday home in Rosolina Mare is ideal for a holiday with family and/or friends. It is only a walking distance from the beach and close to the town centre.

Rosolina Mare is located directly on the sea, where you can spend days on a towel in the sun. The immediate area also lends itself excellent for walking tours. Moreover, Rosolina Mare is not far from the beautiful Venice! Visit the San Marco square and sail over the beautiful channels. Chioggia is also recommended to visit.

The living room is furnished with a TV and the well-equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to prepare your favourite meals. The stay also has a parking facility. We kindly ask you to keep the kitchen tidy and do not leave dirty dishes. Waste must be removed from the home before departure and to be deposited in the appropriate places.

Unloving, very simple, unpretentious. We had the ground floor apartment. Here, you share the courtyard directly with the neighbor, without privacy protection. The neighbor can look directly into the apartment, into the bedroom and living room. The front door has no fly screen, either close it or have mosquitoes in the place. The remaining fly screens were broken or poorly patched. The couch is sufficient for two people. How six people are supposed to sit there is a mystery to me. The bunk bed had broken rungs on the ladder, quite dangerous for children. Everything looks run-down, old, broken, and worn out. Without air conditioning or a fan, it was unbearable at night anyway. The kitchen is equipped with pots and some cutlery, but offers no other comfort. There is no kettle, toaster, or coffee maker. An oven is mentioned, but it does not exist. The contacts hardly speak English, but are helpful up to a certain point, after which you get blocked on WhatsApp. The location is good, a few meters to the sea. However, the view of the sea is blocked by an unsightly sand hill. Not recommended. Price performance 0 out of 10. Very unfortunate. We could not feel comfortable here and left after one night.

The insect screens were a thoughtful addition that allowed us to enjoy the fresh air without having to worry about insects. The seating area was comfortable, and we enjoyed our evenings there. A cozy place!
