After completion of the renovation (house available from 23 July 2022), this house will be the idyllic place to relax or for an active vacation to enjoy the pleasures of the sea thanks to direct access to the beach. With an area of 115m2 on a plot of 1700m2, the house has 2 bedrooms (with bathroom and toilet) with access to the balcony and sea view, a large bedroom for children (4 single beds) with access to the bathroom and toilet , a kitchen open to the living / dining room and an office.

L'Île-Tudy is a commune in the south of the Finistère department. It is located on the peninsula of the same name on the left bank of the mouth of the river Rivière de Pont-l'Abbé opposite Loctudy and is 20 km from Quimper

The sandy beach in front of the house stretches for 5 km and connects Ile-Tudy with Sainte-Marine. Behind the dune are marked trails for hiking or biking always along the sea.

A few hundred meters from the house, at the tip of the peninsula, cafes and restaurants come to life in the late afternoon and into the evening.

He even wore the yellow jersey, finishing sixth in the Tour de France in 1986 and seventh in 1988. Today he works as a consultant for France TV and runs a travel agency in connection with the Tour de France, which he knows so well! The passion of a lifetime. Ronan is also a lover of the south coast of Brittany. He enjoys the colors and scents. He knows his corner of Finistère, between Audierne, Lesconil and Concarneau like the back of his hand.
