Description
Our house, located in a quiet residential area, can accommodate 5-6 people, ideal for couples and families with older children, and is equipped with every comfort. Most rooms are located on the first floor. An additional bedroom is located at pool level
A cozy living room with air conditioning / inverter (both cool and warm), flat screen TV with Dutch channels, DVD, and wifi (fiber optic). Equipped with a two- and a three-seater sofa with low table, a sideboard and TV cabinet.
Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and equipped with fans,
one bedroom has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. and the second bedroom has two separate beds of 90 x 200 cm, which can be pushed together.
The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sinks and toilet.
The kitchen with fan is equipped as follows: dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster.
From the kitchen you enter the naya with dining area, table, 4 chairs, wardrobe and fan. Here you have a beautiful view of the garden, the pool and the mountains.
From the naya you can also use the outside stairs to the roof terrace with beautiful views of the surroundings.
Down in the garden is the pool with 55 m² terrace, equipped with sunbeds and parasol, here you have complete privacy.
In the basement is the storage room with washing machine and drying rack.
On this level there is also an extra bedroom for 5th and 6th person with private bathroom. (on request)
Jàvea on the Costa Blanca is easily accessible via the airports of Valencia (100 km) or Alicante (100 km), as well as through the largely toll-free freeways.

Jàvea, in addition to the old village, the harbor, the beautiful sandy beach of El Arenal with promenade and the beautiful bays with rock formations, has retained its friendly atmosphere. No high-rise here and the locals are extremely friendly and helpful. The hinterland of the Costa Blanca is also a must
Our house is located in the district Balcon Al Mar, a very quiet area with lots of green. Like our house you can enjoy our beautiful subtropical garden with many different types of plants. In the garden you will find the barbecue with picnic table. New for 2020: an outdoor kitchen at the BBQ! The house is located on an enclosed, fenced area of approximately 1000m² with lots of privacy. This makes our house ideal for couples and families with older children. Parking is possible on our property.

Magnificent
When you can spend your vacation in villa El Reve, you will truly want for nothing. You have a lovely house at your disposal, and the garden and pool provide you with complete privacy. The house is conveniently located for short and longer breathtaking trips, or what about enjoyable city trips to Moraira, Denia, Alicante, or Valencia? A visit to the harbor of Javea or the more touristy "el arenal" for lunch or dinner is reachable in ten minutes. The communication with the owners is very pleasant and direct. They provide you with attentive and warm guidance for questions and/or comments. In short, for us, a perfect location for a super vacation, and the house is exactly as shown on the site.

Lovely holiday home with a swimming pool.
This spacious and nice Spanish house is quietly situated in a residential area, but just a short distance from all amenities, such as the beach and promenade of El Arenal and Javea, 6 minutes by car, Restaurant PePe 5 minutes by foot, etc.
The house is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday, with comfortable beds, air conditioning in the living room, and various terraces on the premises with sun loungers, chairs, BBQ (gas), etc.
Highly recommended!!!
