Accommodation in Moraira for 4 people, very comfortable and sunny (south facing), located in the best area of Moraira village, with large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
Our house is a special place to relax in the sun at any time of year and forget about what time it is, away from it all.
The house is located on a hill (at the top), in a tiny and calm residential area with many palm trees and shared pool, just 2 km ( mi.) away from the beach and Moraira village.
House of 110 m² (1,185 sq. ft.) on two levels with high ceilings, modern furniture and a large living-dining room directly to the terrace, solarium, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, parking and great terrace with sunny garden.

The house is on two levels supplied by an internal staircase, the main floor is a large living-dining room directly to the terrace and a american kitchen floor down with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and great terrace with sunny garden and BBQ MORAIRA is a small village and pretty resort half way between Alicante and Valencia comunity, in the "Costa Blanca" coast, in Spain. Picturesque old Spanish fishing village is less than 6 minutes drive from the house [about 1'9 mi.].
The village has many shops, bars and restaurants. This area, with more than 300 days of sunshine a year, holds the best all year round climate in Europe according to the World Health Organisation. So you can take advantage of a Spring, Autumn or Winter holiday and relax in the Sun most of the time.
The way the coast is facing and the position of the mountains surrounding us favour a microclimate with an average yearly temperature of 18ºC.
This makes it possible to enjoy the beaches for a long time in the year. Little rocky coves combine with wider beaches with fine sand and clear, calm waters. They also have an unbeatable range of services and an excellent, quality which is internationally recognised.
Year after year our beaches are being awarded a blue flag by the European Community.

Fantastic holiday home with spectacular sea views
Casa Girole was a perfect place to stay for our two-week holiday with our two young children. This convenient house is situated in a very peaceful and quiet residential area on a hill, offering a stunning view of Moraira, the Penon de Ifach, and the Mediterranean Sea.
The house is comfortable, but we must confess that we spent most of our time on the terrace facing the beautiful blue sea!
The residential area has a lovely swimming pool that we also greatly appreciated, and everything was prepared for our arrival. The good thing about this house is its excellent location, close to the main beach of Moraira and many small sandy and pebble coves. The charming nearby villages, Altea, La Vila Joyosa, Guadalest, Teulada, Fonts de l'Algar, allow for a mix of beach relaxation and countryside excursions. Moraira is a peaceful place, ideal for family vacations and offers good restaurants.

The house is very beautiful, with a very fresh Mediterranean decoration.
Everything I can say about Moraira is very positive. I especially recommend this house, it's like an oasis, located on a quite high hill surrounded by vegetation, the views it offers over the Mediterranean Sea are truly spectacular. The landscape is beautiful and the tranquility is incredible. I never got tired of sitting on the terrace, contemplating the beauty of the place at different times, watching how it changed with the light, with nothing else to think about...
The house is very nice, with fresh and different decor. Very Mediterranean, on two levels, with the bedrooms downstairs and a second terrace, reminiscent of a boat, with the deck above and the cabins below, enhanced by numerous marine objects. We have discovered a very beautiful place, full of light and the scent of the sea.

Amazing view of the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park and the Mediterranean sea.
So often the photographs never match the reality, but this time they were spot on. Casa Girole is very sunny and confortable, reasonably priced compared to rates charged for other properties with similar zone, size and views.

It is a beautiful house!! fabulous view.
It's a beautiful house!! Fabulous view, spacious and clean. Photos give a good impression and the house is equipped with many conveniences. The neighborhood is quiet, but a car is necessary. The house is located on top of the mountain and it's about a 30-minute walk to the center of Moraira. But that's why it's so wonderfully peaceful. El Portet beach is a recommended 10-minute drive away.
