Occupying 500 m² beautiful Villa Grand View offers seven ensuite bedrooms, open plan living area with a corner sofa and a large flat screen TV for your entertainment, fully equipped specious kitchen with quality electrical appliances, a dining table fit for a royal feast, plus a sports corner with a gym, pool table, table football and darts. With simple design and comfort in mind, exposed stone walls and wood beams create an inviting and warm ambiance, while a smart decor using the natural materials will impress any observer. Displaying authentic Dalmatian architecture of limestone, the house lies on a 1000 m² with a large outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor covered lounge area, terrace with lovely sea views and a complete additional summer kitchen overlooking the pool, as well as a children’s playground with plenty of green lawn for playtime. Lovely hosts provide 2 e-bikes and 2 traditional bicycles for your use.
With seven bedrooms fifteen adult guests are comfortably accommodated.
Tucked away from highly populated areas Villa Grand View offers privacy and relaxation induced by its natural surroundings. Plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes and beaches are available in a two-mile radius. It is located in Dvornica, a small tranquil settlement on the Dalmatian coast ideal for enjoying clear blue waters of the Adriatic away from the crowded tourist destinations. Here, the locals spend their time producing olive oil, goats’ cheese and preserving anchovies. The cuisine is rich in fresh seafood, olives and delicious Malvasian wine. From here take an easy excursion to the nearby islands and visit a UNESCO World Heritage proclaimed Old Town Trogir.
For transparency: please account for 700 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.

The most beautiful holiday home
We were guests at Villa Bućinovi for 2 weeks with 15 people, family & friends. It was the most beautiful holiday home we have ever stayed in. The view is stunning, everything is very well-maintained and clean, and everything you need for so many people is available... and even much more than necessary. The whole villa/complex is very well thought out and tastefully furnished. Sanja and Ivan are very warm hosts, and we could contact them anytime with questions. One definitely needs a car there. We all had a wonderful time and will definitely come back! THANK YOU ❤️❤️❤️

Great location with an beautiful view to the sea
This house is really nice. Even better than the pictures. High standard and all equipment you need. We enjoyed our vacations with two other families. Sanja an Ivan were always helping with good tipps for day trips, boat charter, restaurants etc. Very friendly couple which even cooked for us a dinner. Thanks for the great time!
