Holiday home with 240 sqm living space for 10+(2) people with POOL and CHILDREN'S POOL, child-friendly amenities, with 5 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, beautiful garden, quiet location.

Our own holiday home for 10 (+2) with private pool and air conditioning is located just 300 m from Lake Balaton in Siofok. It is only a 10-minute walk from the center of Siofok. Next to the holiday home there is a large garden with playground, garden furniture, and swimming pool. Grill and parking space are in the garden. The holiday house consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor, 2 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace, an American kitchen with dining area, and a large living room with TV. On the 1st floor, 3 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom and 2 terraces. 2 extra beds are possible for children under 12 years of age. From 2012 Children's pool of size 3.5x2 m, 50 cm deep, assembled with the adult pool, separated only by a bench, so the whole family can enjoy the pool.

Children's corner with children's table and chairs, toys, height-adjustable children's cot, travel cot, high chair, play mat, step stools (3 pcs.), potty (2 pcs.), children's toilet seat, baby bath (2 pcs.), socket covers.

Our prices from Euro 250/day/house to Euro 380/day/house. Price/day/house for max. 10+2 persons. Our prices include: use of water, gas, and electricity, cooking facilities, bed linen, parking in the garden. Heating is always extra: EUR 100/week. Tourist tax is extra: Euro 2/day/adult or air conditioning: Euro 30/week/room (The central air conditioning is free).
Bookings can only be made from Saturday to Saturday. Upon booking, a 30% deposit is required via bank transfer. Security deposit € 200. Young groups under the age of 23 are unfortunately not allowed.
Arrival: from 2:30 p.m. Departure by 10:00 a.m.
No towels available. Only the entire holiday house can be rented for 8-12 people.
