This beautiful apartment is located in the centre of Cadzand-Bad, only a few minutes walk from the beach, the marina and the shops. It is a spacious apartment for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and double washbasin. There is also a separate toilet in this apartment. On the side of the bedrooms you have a spacious and sunny balcony. The house has a large living room with open kitchen. From the living room you have a view of the dunes. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, fridge without freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso, Senseo and filter coffee machine, kettle and a freezer in the garage belonging to the house. In the living room there is a digital television. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The apartment is on the 1st floor. In the building there is a lift. In this apartment there is a garage where you can park your bikes. You can park your car in the area behind the building. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the building.

Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort on the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The seaside resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the teeth of sharks found there and for sun worshippers - the place in the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine per year.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellations by the tenant must always be made in writing (by mail or email). In this case, the following rules apply: From the time of booking up to six weeks before the start of the rental period, we charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the rental start date until the second week before the rental start date, we charge you 75%. From two weeks before the rental start date, we charge 100%. Additionally, you will also pay an administration fee of €35. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any payments already made will be refunded. To avoid disputes, we recommend that the tenant take out cancellation insurance with a (travel) insurance company.

Departure normally before 10.00 and arrival from 15.00. Arrival earlier then 15.00 is possible, but we can not guarantee that the apartment is ready.
In the center of Cadzand there is a paid parking regime. On arrival you can park in front of our building or that of our neighbors without having to pay.
You have to pick up the keys of the apartment at our office at Boulevard de Wielingen 59 in Cadzand-Bad. If you arrive after 17.00 o'clock please contact us.
