Description
The detached house with pool and large terrace, newly built in 2021, is located on the edge of the village of Drimiskos.
It consists of an approx. 50 m2 living/dining room with integrated kitchen.
Furthermore, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own terrace, a bathroom with shower/WC and a guest WC. Another shower is available outside.
In the living room there are two further sleeping accommodations which can be used, for example, to accommodate children.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Crockery is available for 10 people.
A washing machine is available in a separate room.
On the pool terrace you will find sun loungers and a seating area under a shady pergola.
The pool water treatment takes place with minimal use of chemicals.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on the edge of the village of Drimiskos, on the road that leads from Spili to the sea and the villages in the south.
The beaches of Preveli, Triopetra and Ligres can be reached in about 10 - 15 minutes by car as well as some tavernas directly at the sea.
The village with two recommendable tavernas is 5 minutes away on foot.

Shopping for daily needs can be done in two mini-markets in the neighbouring village of Kerames.
In Spili and Plakias there are supermarkets, other shops, ATMs and also a doctor/hospital.

Vacationing with style and taste
Everything was perfect. The house is very tastefully and high-quality furnished - not like unfortunately many vacation homes that only provide the bare necessities and overall lower quality in the furnishings. You enjoy living here if you are used to a certain standard. Many thanks to Claus for the nice tips! We want to come back when we have the chance. Best regards, Thomas and family.
