Description
On the completely tiled ground floor of our non-smoking house, you will find a spacious living/dining area, an open-plan fitted kitchen with everything you need for 6 people, a bedroom with double bed, opposite a bathroom with shower and WC (underfloor heating).
The bathroom has a washing machine, hairdryer, vanity mirror and a shower stool.
On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x with 2 single beds), with vinyl flooring as well as a tiled guest WC with washbasin.
All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality mattresses and blackout options.
Bicycles can be stored in the storage room.
A high chair and, if required, a travel cot are available free of charge for our younger guests.
The stairs are secured at the top and bottom with a safety gate.
The Strandkorb holiday home is fully equipped and has a 50" smart TV and a compact stereo system in the living room as well as a small flat screen TV in one of the upper bedrooms. Wi-Fi is available in the house free of charge.
For rainy days, there are books and games in the house.
From the south-facing terrace, you can enjoy the view of the North Sea dyke, which is only about 100 m away. Cosy garden furniture, parasol and Weber charcoal barbecue offer restful relaxation after the day's activities
A handcart and an XL dog trailer (deposit required) are available for trips to the greenery
In keeping with the house designation, a beach chair should not be missing, of course.

Wremen, a small, idyllic place, between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven, in the "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea" National Park
Wremen has a green beach; since 2020 there is also a designated dog beach (approx. 600 m away) .
The holiday home is located in a quiet holiday home settlement directly behind the dyke; no through traffic
You can drive right up to the house to load and unload. You can park your car in a parking space reserved for you in the immediate vicinity of the house.
A children's playground is located about 200 m from the house.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation by the guest The declaration of cancellation must be made in writing to the landlord. In the event of withdrawal from the contract or non-occupancy of the property by the guest, appropriate compensation for lost rental income is to be paid if the property could not be otherwise occupied or if the rental income obtained is substantially lower (e.g., due to last-minute marketing). We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Compensation for lost rental income amounts to the following from the agreed-upon rental price: up to 45 days before the agreed rental start = 10%; however, at least a 30.00 € processing fee from the 44th to the 35th day before the agreed rental start = 50% from the 34th to the 8th day before the agreed rental start = 80% from the 7th to the 0th day before the agreed rental start = 100% The decisive factor here is the receipt of the cancellation notice by the landlord. If the property can be re-rented, the guest will be charged 10% of the weekly rental price in any case, but at least a 30.00 € processing fee.

Pure relaxation
We were there with our two adult sons + 1* girlfriend and our large Münsterländer. Equipment, premises, location...everything perfect for joint excursions or alone or with a dog. We grilled together. Visited the wave pool in the next town and of course rode bikes. The cinnamon rolls at the bakery are a dream. Thank you for a week of slowing down ❤️

Super location near the dyke, very beautiful house!
We were here with three adults, two children, and our dog and felt completely comfortable. The house has everything you could wish for, the kitchen is super equipped, and the personal care exemplary. We will definitely book again and are looking forward to our next stay.

Super beautiful house
