Description
On the completely tiled ground floor of our non-smoking house, you will find a spacious living/dining area, an open-plan fitted kitchen with everything you need for 6 people, a bedroom with double bed, opposite a bathroom with shower and WC (underfloor heating).
The bathroom has a washing machine, hairdryer, vanity mirror and a shower stool.
On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x with 2 single beds), with vinyl flooring as well as a tiled guest WC with washbasin.
All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality mattresses and blackout options.
Bicycles can be stored in the storage room.
A high chair and, if required, a travel cot are available free of charge for our younger guests.
The stairs are secured at the top and bottom with a safety gate.
The Strandkorb holiday home is fully equipped and has a 50" smart TV and a compact stereo system in the living room as well as a small flat screen TV in one of the upper bedrooms. Wi-Fi is available in the house free of charge.
For rainy days, there are books and games in the house.
From the south-facing terrace, you can enjoy the view of the North Sea dyke, which is only about 100 m away. Cosy garden furniture, parasol and Weber charcoal barbecue offer restful relaxation after the day's activities
A handcart and an XL dog trailer (deposit required) are available for trips to the greenery
In keeping with the house designation, a beach chair should not be missing, of course.

Wremen, a small, idyllic place, between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven, in the "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea" National Park
Wremen has a green beach; since 2020 there is also a designated dog beach (approx. 600 m away) .
The holiday home is located in a quiet holiday home settlement directly behind the dyke; no through traffic
You can drive right up to the house to load and unload. You can park your car in a parking space reserved for you in the immediate vicinity of the house.
A children's playground is located about 200 m from the house.

- Reiserücktritt durch den Gast Die Erklärung eines Reiserücktritts muss schriftlich an den Vermieter erfolgen. Bei Rücktritt vom Vertrag oder Nichtbelegung des Objektes durch den Gast ist ein angemessener Ersatz für den Mietausfall für den Fall zu zahlen, dass das Objekt nicht anderweitig belegt werden konnte oder der erzielte Mieterlös erheblich geringer ist (z. B. durch eine Last-Minute-Vermarktung). Wir empfehlen ausdrücklich den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung. Der Ersatz für den Mietausfall beträgt vom vereinbarten Mietpreis: bis zu 45 Tage vor dem vereinbarten Mietbeginn = 10 %; mindestens jedoch 30,00 € Bearbeitungsgebühr vom 44. bis 35. Super location near the dyke, very beautiful house!
We were here with three adults, two children, and our dog and felt completely comfortable. The house has everything you could wish for, the kitchen is super equipped, and the personal care exemplary. We will definitely book again and are looking forward to our next stay.

Optimal for big and small, top price/performance, super support
Simple and immediately helpful service, TOP.
House is in great condition, ideal for several people, quiet location and very inviting, clean and tidy.
We had a great time there, and that with 2 children, there is also all the utensils you need for self-catering.
You are only 20 minutes away from Bremerhaven, and there are plenty of shopping facilities close to the holiday home.
Absolutely recommendable, we would love to come back.

Tolles Haus
Ein wunderschönes Haus. Gut möbliert. Ich habe noch nie so eine gut ausgestattete Küche erlebt. Wir waren zwar nur 2Tage am Ort, aber ein 2oder3Wochen Urlaub kann man hier einwandfrei verbringen.
