Villa 72 presents a traditionally restored old Mediterranean stone villa with old charm. As you enter through the original iron gates, the property immediately leads you through the main patio with beautifully planted Mediterranean plants. When you reach the archways of the main house, whose atrium provides shade on sunny days, you enter the villa and immediately immerse yourself in the local architecture. The beautiful white limestone staircase is a prominent feature in the main hallway. On the first floor is a beautifully restored main living area that has a living room with wood-burning fireplace and 75-inch flat-screen SmartTV. Old wooden beams that run throughout the lower level connect the main dining area to an open Mediterranean-style rustic kitchen that allows for cozy family or romantic moments. Before entering the stone staircase to the upstairs bedrooms, the main entry hallway leads to the wine cellar and game room. Behind the cellar is a large conference room equipped with projectors, etc. in case there is a need for corporate meetings or team building sessions. The villa consists of 5 luxurious bedrooms with private bathroom full of light. Underfloor heating and air conditioning are available throughout the house in every room. The villa offers spacious, partially shaded outdoor living areas, as well as several unique amenities available at the villa, such as a range of dry and wet saunas and a gym for guests to enjoy. Outdoor dining area with barbecue and seating for 10 people. Also available is a very large elevated terrace for yoga sessions, as well as a relaxing wooden terrace area under canopy sails that offer a truly breathtaking view of the Vinodol Valley and the Adriatic Sea.Next, an elevated pool terrace with sun loungers is also available as a pagoda with sun beds surrounding the large infinity pool, as well as a Jacuzzi area that guarantees relaxation for all generations. Next door, a modern glass building with indoor pool allows the same view of the Adriatic Sea while swimming against the current jet. The indoor pool building offers a bar area with refrigerators, loungers and a shower area with toilet. A beautifully restored outdoor kitchen with huge stone barbecue that encompasses the outdoor living allows guests to enjoy outdoor dinner parties. Semi-covered private parking with Tesla chargers and a helipad are available on the property. Chauffeur services can be arranged upon request.
