House: Red wooden house, approx. 100 sqm living space, approx. 1000 sqm plot. The house has electric heating. There is a wooden terrace to the south-west. Very good and reliable WLAN.
The living room faces south and west, has an open fireplace. Satellite TV with all German channels. In a bay window is the dining area with a view of the lake. 2 dining tables (each 90 X 150, with 45 cm long additional top) and many chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Bedroom 1:
Double bed with 2 mattresses, 1.60 m wide, 2 m long, wardrobe and 1 chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2:
Double bed with 2 mattresses, 2 m wide, 2 m long, 2 wardrobes and 1 chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3:
Single bed 90 cm wide, 2 m long, (possibility to let a second person sleep in the drawer, 80 cm wide, mattress with slatted frame) wardrobe and chest of drawers.
In the bathroom there is a WC, washbasin, shower with shower wall, washing machine, hairdryer. The hot water is heated by an electric boiler. Bathroom will be totally renovated in November 2022
There is a baby cot; a bathroom stool and a high chair.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a nature reserve right by Lake Vänern, at the foot of Kinnekulleberg. It has a view of the lake. Very quiet location, in a cul-de-sac with 4 other houses. The street is the second to last in a settlement with very light buildings. Behind the settlement begins the forest with a beautiful hiking trail. You will find various bathing spots a few 100 metres away, it is about 1 km to the Blomberg sports harbour
Lake Vänern in Sweden, with its archipelago and the Kinnekulle table mountain, has been designated a UNESCO biosphere reserve. With its 120 islands, Lake Vänern, Sweden's largest lake, represents Europe's largest island landscape in an inland lake. The 306-metre-high Kinnekulle mountain also offers very varied vegetation. The area has several nature reserves, limestone quarries and historical cultural monuments, such as rock carvings or the churches of Forshem and Husaby. Lake Vänern offers very good fishing opportunities, there are pike, perch, etc.

Cosy house with great location and lake view
Dear Mrs. Eberan-Krause, thank you very much for the stay in your great and cosy house! We felt at home all around and especially enjoyed bathing in the sunset.
