There are 3 bedrooms and a living/dining room at your disposal. From the dining room you have direct access to the sunny and partly covered terrace with wonderful views of the Montgo mountain. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a roof terrace and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
A fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine completes the offer.

Denia is not only a culinary paradise but also a place where you can spend your vacations all year round. Even in winter the temperatures in Denia are very mild. The thermometer can show up to 20 degrees Celsius. The average temperature is around 15 to 16 degrees. Many bars and pubs are not less crowded in winter than in summer.
In addition, there are still some festivals in Denia in winter, so that people who like to party also get their money's worth.
Also general leisure activities, such as sailing, or golf are easily possible in the low season in Denia.

Perfect for wintering
Dear Ivanescu family, thank you very much for the great time we had with you. We found a holiday home exactly as described and even better, new and modern. The furnishings are spotless and well maintained, there is everything you need to live, the kitchen is fully equipped and with plenty of dishes and everything you need, some even more than we have at home. There was a clean, beautiful garden, comfortable seating and a lovely view. The house is in a quiet location but still central. We were able to get everywhere on foot or by bike.
We had wonderful, relaxing days.
Compliments to the owners, especially to Mrs. Ivanescu who took care of everything lovingly, she was always available by phone or Whatsapp, it was simply a pleasure.
Good address, definitely recommended!

We felt very comfortable in this holiday home, the location of the holiday house is very quiet. The house is freshly renovated and very modern. The outdoor area is also very well-kept and the garden furniture is very comfortable, and the garden view of Montgo is simply beautiful. The kitchen is top equipped. The house caretaker was also very accommodating and helpful.
Thank you very much for the unforgettable days. We will definitely see each other again.

Modern House in a very good area
We spent 2 amazing weeks at this beautiful house and I was so surprised that the house looks a lot better than the pictures. Everything is brand new, the beds were very confortable and the kitchen very well equipped. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe and everything is reachble by foot. The family was very friendly, acted very promptly and tried to help us with all the information that we needed.
All in all, a very beautiful house, in a great area with great people, thank you so much. We can't wait to come again.
